Mesoporous material MCM-48 molecular sieve has its potential application prospect in catalysis,adsorption separation,medicine and so on because of the superiority of its own conditions.It can be used as adsorbent,catalyst and main material to synthesize new carbon fiber,Migration of photosensitizers,non-linear optical materials,semiconductor materials and quantum clusters.Because of its large pore size,it is possible to adsorb heavy metals such as Ag,Hg,Pb and Cd with large ion radius and not easily adsorbed by microporous molecular sieves.In the case of containing higher sulfate ions,you can remove the lower concentration of chromate and arsenate,but also can absorb organic pollutants in sewage benzene,toluene and volatile organic compounds.At the same time,because the magnetic nano-materials with superparamagnetic,high saturation magnetic strength,high coercivity,the preparation process is simple and corrosion-resistant,wear-resistant and a series of advantages,but the reunion problem has been difficult to overcome the preparation of ferrite,Which leads to the application of magnetic nanomaterials to a certain extent.In view of the existing problems,the preparation of core-shell magnetic composite Y@ MCM-48,with ferrite as the core MCM-48 shell to achieve the performance of the two materials complement each other to solve their own problems,the main work of this paper As follows:The mesoporous material MCM-48 was prepared by sol-gel method.The morphology of the composites,the ratio of surfactant to silicon source and the stirring temperature of the mixture were observed.The results show that the morphology and performance of the composites The mesoporous material MCM-48 has a uniform spherical morphology with a surface area of 1030.07-1252.48m2/g,a pore volume of 0.77?1.31cm3/g,a pore size of 2.01?3.56nm,a particle size distribution of Between 300 and 500nm.Firstly,CoFe2O4 magnetic particles were prepared by sol-gel method.Then,a layer of ordered mesoporous silica was coated on the surface of CoFe2O4 by sol-gel method to form magnetic composite materials with magnetic nanoparticles as CoFe2O4@MCM-48 The change of the content of cobalt-iron spinel,the ratio of surfactant to silicon source and the amount of ethylene glycol(F108)were used to observe the morphologies and properties of the composites.The results showed that the obtained CoFe2O4 The microstructure of MCM-48 composites is a uniform spherical shape with a surface area of 982.86?1078.46m2/g,a pore volume of 0.69?1.30cm3/g,a pore size of 1.86?2.52nm,a diameter distribution of 350?500nm.
