The core-shell hybrid material combines the excellent properties of inorganic materials and organic materials.It is not simply to add two or more components,except to ensure the characteristics of each individual component and to obtain new characteristic properties.Silver nanorods have adjustable optical properties,specifically for lateral and longitudinal surface plasmon resonance(SPR)absorption peaks.Polydiacetylene(PDA)is a kind of unique ?-conjugated polymer.PDA monomer in the subject by ultraviolet light,will become a non-fluorescence blue phase,when it heated by external stimuli will become a red phase with fluorescence.Because this feature is widely used in colorimetric/biosensor.However,due to the low fluorescence quantum yield of PDA,it limited further application.Metal Fluorescence Enhancement(MEF)can solved this problem.There are two main factors that affect the MEF.Firstly,the distance between the metal and the fluorophore is between 5 and 15 nm,Secondly,The degree of matching between the excitation of the fluorophore and the SPR of the metal nanoparticles.In this paper,silver nanorods were synthesized by seeding method,and the silver nanorods with variable aspect ratio of about 2 were grown by adjusting the amount of seeds and the concentration between the components in the growth liquid.The excitation spectrum of PDA was the highest with the SPR peak of silver nanorods grown by 30?L Ag seed,and the fluorescence effect of PDA was enhanced.The silver nanorods was etched by adding NH4SCN to obtain a hollow PDA shell structure.Compared with the silver nanorod@PDA core-shell structure,the presence of silver nanorods was confirmed,and the fluorescence of the PDA was enhanced.The use of electrostatic adsorption synthetic silver nanorod@PDA core shell structure.The distance between silver and PDA is short about 3 nm.Hydrothermal synthesis of silver nanorod@ PDA core shell structure,the distance between the silver nanorods and PDA to 8nn or so.Finally,the combination of bovine serum albumin(BSA)was investigated,and the fluorescence quenching phenomenon occurred with the increase of the concentration of silver nanorod@PDA.And the stable BSA-Ag@PDA complex is predicted.It is predicted that this kind of BSA-Ag@PDA complex with high aspect ratio can be used in biomimetic and other fields.
