Pu'er tea has a long history,high edible value,enjoyed high reputation all over the word.Among all kinds of Pu'er tea,Pu'er cake tea is the highly representative tea,becoming more and more popular in consumers.With the development of economic globalization,Pu'er tea has developed overseas markets such as Japan,Korea.Malaysia,Europe and the United States.Facing the international market,the manufacturing technology of Pu'er cake tea and its prepackaged net content will be more strict.And one of the outstanding characteristics of Pu'er cake tea process is that it should be weighted five times.The common problem of many tea processing enterprises is that how to quickly and accurately quantify loose tea and ensure the tea will not be polluted.Therefore,this paper puts forward the research on the quantitative equipment of Pu'er tea.By consulting a large number of documents,this paper summarizes the development status and the latest research progress at local and abroad.In the study of the parameter setting of the multihead weigher machine,the domestic research is almost a gap.For this reason,this paper has carried on the research on the establishment of the parameter setting model and the optimization of the parameter setting,and the design of the control system.The main research work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)Demonstrate the rationality of the combination weighing in the view of mathematical.According to the general work flow of the multihead weigher and the foreign research results,the key nodes of parameter setting has been analyzed.The simulation model is established and its simulation program is realized by using MATLAB.On the foundation,the Response Surface Methodology is used to optimize the parameter setting.Through the simulation test,the optimized parameter setting point can get satisfactory effect in terms of single quantitative expectation,qualified rate and cost consumption than before.(2)The application of multihead weigher in the of Pu'er cake tea production line is put forward.According to the overall structure of the multihead weigher control system,the STM32F103 single chip is used as the main control method,and the communication circuit,the touch screen circuit,the data acquisition circuit,the stepping motor circuit,and the power supply circuit was designed.(3)According to the system function requirements,the programming of each module is presented,and we put forward a algorithm correspond to the multihead weigher control system.(4)The developed weighing unit of multihead weigher is tested,and the factors that affect the weighing accuracy and speed of the multihead weigher are analyzed.The innovation of this paper lies in two following respects,firstly,we get that the main parameter setting of multihead weigher is the target weight of each hopper,by optimization of the parameter,the obvious beneficial quantitative effectiveness is achieved.Secondly,the master-slave mode scheme of multihead weigher control system is developed by using STM32F103.
