Automatic weighing machine to replace artificial material,has made important progress in production efficiency and product quality,with the rapid development of electronic technology and sensor technology,automatic feeding machine system has been widely used in concrete,feed,medicine and health,mold processing etc..For different occasions,different weighing requirements,weighing machine requirements are also very different,it needs to be measured according to specific accuracy requirements and functions.At present,automatic weighing machine is known as the key point of automatic weighing machine system,because of its accuracy,reliability,stability,safety and efficiency.The original eight blending control system and nuclear scale cannot meet the current requirement of process.Therefore,the research and design of new eight blending control system and the method of measurement is the main task of this project.The main topic of the research of automatic blending control system.Firstly,the output signals of symmetric heavy sensors are calculated,the nucleon is removed,the belt weigher is designed,the automatic coal blending control system and the field hardware circuit are designed,and then the control is carried out by stages:First,design weighing methods,calculate the coal blending materials,accurate coal blending weight,for the control system adjustment to do parameter output,by weighing SP and PV value accounting,decided to adjust the direction.Two,when in the calibration or setting material value when weighing the value through the set,reach the weighing module through the PLC,analysis and processing,decided to stop the motor starting operation and achieve precise control of coal blending.Three,when the system calibration is completed or set the weighing value at the end of press start button work,automatic control of coal blending system to start feeding according to the parameters set,if the material does not meet the requirements of process weighing process error,the system software will be PID algorithm to amend the relevant output according to the real-time error control,motor operation,meet the system of coal discharge requirements.The research for coal blending coal quantity error,the qualified rate of error,stability,speed and automatic control and other aspects of the requirements of automatic blending control system,to achieve the desired purpose.
