Camellia oleifera is one of the four major woody oil plants in the world. It is also one of the most important woody oil tree species in China.Hunan is one of the main cultivation areas of Camellia oleifera. In recent years, with the development of tea industry and the need of ecological construction, soil environmental problems have aroused wide concern.Soil environmental security is the foundation of the quality of Camellia oleifera, and also the core issue of ecological environment security.Comprehensive and systematic investigation and evaluation of heavy metal content and pollution status of Camellia oleifera forest soil has become an urgent need for basic work. Therefore, the paper of Hunan province tea Camellia oleifera forest soil and As,Cd,Cr,Cu,Hg,Pb and Zn these 7 kinds of heavy metals conducts a comprehensive and systematic investigation and determination, using the method of multivariate statistics, single factor index,Nemero index method and principal component analysis combined with the content of heavy metals in the soil, tea oil accumulation and forest resource are analyzed, and evaluated the soil environment quality;at the same time the use of transfer coefficient, enrichment coefficient and correlation coefficient to analyze the transfer and enrichment of heavy metals in tea plant Camellia, different organs and the ability of Soil Heavy Metals Association,in order for the tea industry in Hunan the development and optimization of production technology,to provide a scientific basis to protect the ecological environment. The main results are as follows:(1)through the determination of heavy metal elements in the soil of Camellia oleifera forest in Hunan Province,we can see that the overall level of heavy metal elements in soil is:Zn>Pb>Cu>Cr>As>Cd>Hg.From the analysis of single heavy metal elements,As,Cr and Pb elements did not cause pollution of soil Cu and Zn elements of Camellia oleifera forest;only a small part of the pollution area;Cd and Hg elements on Camellia oleifera forest in the study area were polluted. It can be seen that the soil of Camellia oleifera forest in Hunan area is mainly polluted by heavy metal Cd and Hg elements.(2)to evaluate the soil heavy metal environment of Camellia showed that Camellia oleifera forest soil heavy metal elements of Cd single factor index of 2.878 Hg elements belong to light pollution, the single factor index is 1.579 which belongs to slight pollution,Zn and Cu elements close to the warning line,Pb,As,Cr elements belong to no pollution. The comprehensive pollution index showed that 20 soil sampling points, the comprehensive pollution index is only 1 in Yueyang County of Pingjiang belongs to the warning level,12 sampling points of soil has been slightly polluted,3 sampling points of soil subjected to moderate pollution,4 sampling points of soil by heavy pollution,Cd,Hg,Zn and Cu are the source of pollution the main. The Cd,Hg,Zn is mainly influenced by human activities,Cu is mainly affected by soil parent materials.(3)The determination of the content of heavy metal elements in different organs of Camellia oleifera,As,Cd and Zn elements while in seed kernel was the highest, but not beyond the normal range of values;the content of Cu and Hg in Camellia root element with the highest, but still within the normal range;Cr and Pb elements respectively in the leaves and root content the highest value exceeds the normal range;7 heavy metals were in the normal range in camellia seeds, that camellia quality are not affected by heavy metal. The migration coefficient of heavy metals in Camellia oleifera was Zn>As>Cr>Cd>Hg>Pb>Cu from high to low,and the enrichment was Cd>Zn>Cr>Hg>Cu>As>Pb.The results showed that Camellia oleifera had strong migration ability to Zn,As and Cr,and had strong enrichment ability to Cd,Zn and Cr.(4)The correlation analysis showed that significant positive correlation and significant positive correlation in soil Cu and Cd Cr,respectively, showed a significant positive correlation of Zn and Pb,showed a significant positive correlation between Hg and As,indicating that these elements may have synergistic effects in soil.Camellia leaf Cu significant positive correlation with the content of Cd,Cu and Pb of camellia seed was positively related to the content of Camellia, kernel Cu and Cr content was negatively correlated, that helps the absorption of Cd and Pb absorption of Cu,inhibit the absorption of Cr.The content of Pb and Cd in the leaves and roots were significantly negatively correlated with the content of Pb and heavy metals, which indicated that Cd had an effect on the absorption of tea leaves.Camellia leaf and root As content and soil As content showed a significant positive correlation of seed kernel and root Zn content and soil Zn content showed a significant positive correlation, camellia leaves and pericarp and kernel content of Cd and Cd in soil showed a significant positive correlation, further explains the camellia absorption and strong migration ability of As,Zn and Cd.
