Camellia oleifera, a unique woody oil crop in China, which is rich in camellia seed oil,protein, tea saponin, tea polysaccharide, etc, has the high economic and social values. Thetraditional camellia seed oil extraction process need high temperature condition, which resultthat nutritional value is low, the refined process is complex, and active ingredients such asprotein in the cake has been disrupted, resource utilization ratio is low, and the low utilizationof camellia oleifera shell and camellia oleifera cake cause environmental pollution andresource waste, so it is necessary to improve the overall utilization of camellia seed resources.According to the concept of sustainable development, this paper mainly studied thedepth of the camellia seed resources utilization technology. First, camellia seed oil wasextracted from camellia seed kernel, and then to the discharge of camellia oleifera cake as rawmaterials extraction of tea saponin; secondly, tea polysaccharide was extracted by quadraticresidue as raw material and optimize the extraction process; thirdly, the camellia seed oil bysupercritical fluid CO2extraction was used in baby skin care cream formula; Finally, a highvaluable recycling industry chain of the camellia oleifera seed resource was designed.In this paper, firstly, we choosed the fresh camellia oleifera seeds from GuangdongLianzhou, Jiangxi Nankeng, Jiangxi Lianhua and Hunan to be dried, decorticated andsmashed. And then the three methods, Soxhlet extraction method, Ultrasonic assistedextraction and Supercritical CO2extraction, were respectively used to extract the camelliaoleifera seed oil. Take oil yield as the standard, the extraction process was optimized by singlefactor experiment. Then by the analyse of physical and chemical properties of camellia seedoil, fatty acid composition and saponification substance content of the four kinds of camelliaseed oil under the optimized extraction conditions, we evaluated the three methods from theperspectives of camellia seed oil chemical composition and nutritional value. The resultsshowed that three methods of extraction of camellia seed oil physical and chemical indexesmeet the national basic standards. Considering the nutritional value, there were significantdifferences among the three methods. From the perspective of oil yield, soxhlet extractionmethod was undoubtedly the most optimal; Evaluation from the perspective of the physicaland chemical properties, the ultrasonic extraction method was dominant; From the perspectiveof fatty acid composition, the quality of camellia seed oil obtained from supercritical CO2extraction was better.Then, we analyzed the composition of camellia seed cake, optimized of tea saponinextraction from camellia seed cake and quadratic residue of polysaccharide extraction processtake the extraction yield as standard to determine the optimum technological conditions. Then the camellia seed oil by supercritical extraction was used in baby skin care cream formula toanalyze the formula of stability and compatibility with various materials. Finally according tothe concept of sustainable development, recycling industry chain of the camellia oleifera seedresource was designed, and the optimal scheme was selected.
