The Multipurpose Hydraulic Project in Xiang River was fully completed and put into operation in 2014.And made the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city group become the country's unique reservoir area group.Making research on early-warning change and driving mechanism of ecological security of the Multipurpose Hydraulic Project in Xiang River,there are great significance on protect ecological security of the reservoir area,maintain the ecological environment of Xiang River,promote constructed the ecological economic belt of Xiang River and maintain the ecological security of Changzhutan city group.This paper,on account of the realities of reservoir,based on socio-economic-ecological complex system,established the ecological security warning index system to analyzes early-warning change of ecological security of reservoir area from dimensions of time and space,and analyzes the driving mechanism of ecological security,and puts forward the countermeasures regulation of ecological security.(1)Based on the AHP method,used the PSR model to selected 23 indicators from three aspects of pressure,state and response to established ecological security warning index system of the Multipurpose Hydraulic Project in Xiang River.And used the matter-element model to calculated and evaluated the ecological security warning situation of the Multipurpose Hydraulic Project in Xiang River.Results show that:(1)In 2006-2015,ecological security warning of The Multipurpose Hydraulic Project in Xiang River showed a upward trend,the warning degree had risen from ?(high alarm)to ?(no alarm),the upward trend is obvious.(2)In terms of each subsystem,the pressure,state and response system all showed upward trend with fluctuations in 2006-2015,the warning degree had risen from ?(heavy alarm)to ?(no alarm),?(middle alarm)to ?(light alarm)and ?(middle alarm)to ?(no alarm).(2)Divided the reservoir area into Zhuzhou section,Xiangtan section and Changsha section from the spatial pattern,and analyzed the early-warning change of ecological security of the three sections.Results show that:(1)In 2006-2015,ecological security warning of the Zhuzhou section,Xiangtan section and Changsha section all showed a upward trend,the warning degree had risen from ?(high alarm)to ?(no alarm).(2)About the three sections,the ecological security of Changsha section is the best,followed by the Xiangtan section and the Zhuzhou section.(3)Based on the analysis of early-warning change of ecological security from time and space,used the linear regression model to analyze the ecological security driving mechanism of the Multipurpose Hydraulic Project.Results show that:(1)The main factors that influence the ecological security of the reservoir area,which are the annual averagewater level,the average annual sediment load,the domestic sewage treatment rate,the proportion of the tertiary industry and the perfection of the policies and regulations.(2)The main driving mechanism of ecological security of the reservoir area,which are the water and sediment environment operation mechanism,the ecological and environmental protection mechanism,economic and industrial development mechanism.(3)The reservoir water storage operation caused by the change of water and sediment in the reservoir area,the implementation of eco-environmental protection measures,the transformation of economic development mode,and the adjustment of industrial structure in Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan are improved the environment of the reservoir area,reducted the discharge of pollutant,improved the treatment rate of pollutant,all promote the level of ecological security to a good trend.(4)According to the early-warning change and driving mechanism of ecological security of the reservoir area,put forward corresponding countermeasures.From the "abundance of dry vent",targeted to adjust the water level and water,manufacturing "artificial flood peak" to optimize the operation of the reservoir operation mode;from the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,the implementation of ecological lifestyles,develop the eco-agriculture to promote the control of reservoir pollution,protect the fish diversity from the aspects of the construction ofthe fish channel,the implementation of fish proliferation and the protection of fish habitat,and improve the ecological security supervision system from the construction of the reservoir monitoring,early warning system and the improvement of the policies and regulations.
