As increasing tense of energy storage in global range,energy conservation and emissions reduction has become the consensus of the whole society.Industrial production process needs to consume large amounts of energy,which is accompanied with a variety of waste heat.The utilize technology of high-temperature waste heat was gradually mature,and the recycling of low-temperature waste heat is also need to cause enough attention.This paper was based on the large-scale coal-based synthetic industrial gas project in Gaoan ceramic base of Jiangxi province.We have looked for available low-temperature waste heat resources for recycling through thorough analysis of the whole project process.The heat pump technology can be used to recycling the waste heat of the circulation water of steam turbine terminal condenser,for the use of heating in winter.Organic Rankine Cycle was applied to cogeneration of 200? water gas form waste heat boiler,the theoretical generated power of one single gasifier is 184.4kW,and power generation efficiency is 10.27%.We have been systematically studied the two kinds of waste heat recovery technology,by comparing the working mechanism and the advantages and disadvantages of different system form,we design and analyze the relevant system scheme,and then design and calculate some of the main equipment.By discussing different thermodynamic analysis methods,we dissect the energy utilization form and efficiency of low-temperature waste heat recycling system theoretically for the purpose of pointing out the direction of comprehensive utilization of energy levels of the system.Finally,the benefit analysis is performed to evaluate the integral device of low-temperature waste heat recycling system,the result shows that the system scheme has both high economic and social benefit.There are many similar technology processes and equipment in industrial production,the thorough analysis of coal-based synthetic industrial gas project in this study may provide sufficient theoretical reference for recycling of low-temperature waste heat in the other productive process.Thus it lays the foundation of low-temperature energy recycling technology to achieve efficient use of low-grade heat and large-scale popularization and application in the field of industry and reproducible energy.
