With the improvement of people environmental protection consciousness,more attention paid to the clean utilization of coal resources,coal chemical industries as effective way of clean coal efficient utilization are concerned.In order to promote the smooth development of coal chemical industry in China,from 2009 country have published a series of using coal guide conditions,but as the production of the coal chemical projects in China,they have been unable to completely adapt to the coal used in modern coal chemical industry,and need to establish a new evaluation index system of coal used in coal chemical industry.Based on the main coal liquefaction?gasification technology with coal quality requirement,the experimental data of coal sample analysis,element analysis,coal ash composition analysis from the coal used in running coal chemical industries compare the technology conditions of national coal chemical using coal,establishing suitable evaluation index system of the coal used in modern coal chemical.The index system mainly includes: coal gasification evaluation index system and coal liquefaction evaluation index system.Coal gasification index system includes: evaluation index system of coal used in entrained-flow bed pulverized coal gasification,evaluation index system of coal used in entrained-flow bed coalwater slurry gasification,evaluation index system of coal used in fluidized bed gasification and evaluation index system of coal used in fixed bed gasification.Evaluation index system of coal used in entrained-flow bed pulverized coal gasification includes ash content,ash fusion point,sulfur content,inner water,hardgrove grindability index,coal ash component index;the evaluation index system of coal used in entrained-flow bed coal-water slurry gasification includes moisture content,ash content,ash fusion point,low calorific value,hardgrove grindability index,volatile;the evaluation index system of coal used in fluidized bed gasification includes ash content,ash fusion point,sulfur content,inner water,low calorific value,caking index,950 ?coal reacts to CO2 index;the evaluation index system of coal used in fixed bed gasification includes ash content,ash fusion point,sulfur content,inner water,granularity,fixed carbon.The evaluation index system of coal property in coal liquefaction includes ash content,ash fusion point,sulfur content,H/C,Rmax,hydrogen content,inertinite content index.New evaluation index system of coal used in modern coal chemical industry can guide coal chemical industry to use coal and strive to put an end to waste of coal resources,reduce production accident frequency caused by coal quality problems,also can be used to establish coal chemical industry strategic zoning.Based on new evaluation index system of coal used in modern coal chemical industry,this paper research the rich coal resources province-Shanxi Province.Research shows that in Datong city,Jincheng,Changzhi city area is the main distribution area for coal gasification and Linfen area is suitable for the coal direct liquefaction the main distribution area.The current distribution of Shanxi coal chemical industry has been established,demonstrates the evaluation index system of coal used in modern coal chemical for coal chemical industry strategy selection of practicability and maneuverability.
