Recently,the detection of organic small molecules,metal ions and other biological compounds is an important research area for many scholars.In a varieties of detection methods,fluorescence detection method is promising,because of its high selectivity,good sensitivity and real-time detection,and so on.Compared with other fluorescent group,1,8-naphthalimide has been widely used,due to its high optical stability,large Stocks shift,strong fluorescence emission and other good optical properties.In this paper,we designed two 1,8-naphthalimide-based fluorescent probes M1 and M2.M1 can identify HS-with high selectivity,and M2 can detect the amino acids(GSH and Cys)in the organism with high sensitivity.Through cell imaging,the probes M1 and M2 were proved having potential application in biological samples.This settles a foundation for the later application of biology.Fluorophore phthalic anhydride has some advantages,such as simple synthesis step,low cost and good water solubility.In this paper,based on phthalic anhydride fluorophore,we designed and synthesized probes M3 and M4 for pH and Cys detection,respectively.Probe M3 has been verified by the standard p H meter to confirm the accuracy of its test results.Till now,many biological thiols probes were reported,but most of them could not distinguish GSH with Cys.In this paper,we designed and synthesized M4 by simple steps.It can detect Cys with high selectivity.In view of its practical application,the relevant paper test experiments were conducted,and a satisfactory result was obtained.
