It is important material basis to ensure the survival of human society and economy system and realize sustainable developmen ecological environment,with the development of social economy,the excessive utilization of natural resources,there are many ecological environment degradation,atmosphere,hydrology,soil and other regional ecological and environmental problems caused by the expanding and intensifying.Yinma river basin is located in the Midwest of Jilin province,range across entire of the Changchun City,parts of the Jilin and Siping City.The main tributaries from the upstream to the downstream including: Shuangyang River,Chalu River,Xiaonan River,Wukai River and Yitong River,which accounting for a half of total area.The total population of the whole basin is 8.009 million,the urbanization rate is 68.4%,it is important to the urban development and people's life of the ecological condition in Yinma River basin.We combined with the actual situation of the basin,anylazied with the actual situation of the basin,select the six secondary indicators including the topography condition,atmospheric environment conditon,hydrological conditions,soil conditions,human activities and social resources of the ecosystem sensitivity index system.Moreover,the three-level indicators has been selected including the diversity,slope,annual average fainfall,industrial waste gas emissions,sewage wastewater discharge,ammonia emission,soil pH,land use,the range of road impact,population density,per capita disposable income,per capita public green area,etc.build the Yima River basin ecosystem sensitivity index system.We determine the weight of the index by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),The ecological environmental sensitivity in the study area are through the analysis of the weighted superposition method by the GIS support.From the point of evaluation method,the determination of evaluation unit,the selection of evaluation index and the determination of index weight have an important influence of the scientificity and accuracy of the analysis results.By using the powerful spatial analysis function of ArcGIS technology,combining graph processing with spatial data operation to generate sensitivity evaluation map,the evaluation result is intuitive and provides technical support for eco-environmental sensitivity analysis.In this study,we had statistical analysis the area of the Yinma River basin ecosystem,Extremely sensitive areas in the basin area are 2.33×103km2,accounting for 1.37% of total area.Highly sensitive areas in the basin area are 4.94×103km2,accounting for 29.03% of total area.Moderately sensitive areas in the basin area are 4.59×103km2,accounting for 26.97% of total area.Light sensitive areas in the basin area are 5.75×103km2,accounting for 33.82% of total area.Non-sensitive areas in the basin area are 1.5×103km2,accounting for 8.81% of total area.In this study,we had analysis different sensitive degree of ecological problems and their forming factors,thus put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the regional ecological environmental sensitivity.
