In order to study the detection methods and migration of additives in food plastic packaging under microwave conditions,this paper selected PVC and PP food plastic packaging materials,and carried out the plasticizer and antioxidant migration experiments with olive oil as the food simulant.The main findings are shown as follows:(1)Cyclonic oscillation-acetonitrile ultrasonic,Gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS)and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)were used to extract and detect the plasticizer and the antioxidant.A convenient and efficient method was established,in which the detection rate of additives in food plastic packaging and food simulant is about 90%,and the detection limit is in the range of 0.02-0.07 mg/L.This method provides a way for the study of migration of plasticizers and antioxidants in food packaging materials.(2)Several commercially available products were measured and the results showed that some of PVC materials contain excessive plasticizers and some of PP materials contain excessive antioxidants.Then migration experiments were carried out under microwave conditions,and it was found that the content of plasticizer DBP in PVC materials migrating to the food simulant exceeded the limit of the national health department requirement,the content of Antioxidants BHT in PP materials migrating to the food simulant exceeded the limit of the national health standards.(3)With the increase of microwave heating time and power,the migration of additives in plastic food packaging materials increased gradually.By comparing the migration of different types of food simulant in the packaging materials,it was found that the fats and oils food simulants were more favorable for migration of plastic food packaging materials additives to food.(4)Based on the second law of Fick diffusion and the data of migration experiment,the diffusion coefficient D and the distribution coefficient K of the additive in the food packaging material were calculated,the single layer general migration mathematical model was established and the migration prediction was carried out.
