Control risk material in food packaging is an important part of food safety research.Currently commonly used in food packaging printing solvent-based inks tend to have a certain amount of harmful solvent residues,there is a serious security risk.To solve this problem,some of the new technology is introduced into the packaging and printing process,such as UV-curable inks based UV printing technology.Relative to solvent-based inks,UV inks because no solvent residue,less toxic and less environmental pollution and other characteristics,has been increasingly used in food packaging material surface.However,recent studies have shown that when the ink is subjected to high temperatures or light residual photoinitiator easily penetrate food packaging materials,to enter the food products,contaminated food,causing potential harm to human health.This paper established the first food paper packaging material surface printing UV printing ink light initiator of high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(UPLC/MS/MS)detection method.On this basis,the paper made food packaging materials in photo initiation agent detection pretreatment method,comparison of different solvents on photo initiation agent extraction effect and different temperature on photo initiation agent dissolution effect,through the comparison of 5 kinds of column to extract purification effect,determining the carbon nanotube column purification effect,the samples were analyzed using UPLC-MS/MS,,selected ion monitoring mode determination,external standard.The results showed that the four PIs in0.5-50?g / L range,each of the optical response initiator agent and its concentration showed a good linear correlation coefficients were higher than 0.9983,the limit of quantitation range of each photoinitiator agent(LQD)of 0.028~0.20 mg/kg.In 2?g / L,10?g / L,50?g / L concentration of these three levels add the four photoinitiators recovery agent in 79.7% to 99.0% and the relative standard deviation(RSD)of 1.2% ~ 9.7%(n = 6).The process is simple,good purification effect,sensitivity and accuracy are in line with photoinitiators testing requirements for paper packaging material surface detecting photo-initiator agent.Study the temperature,time,material,thickness of the paper packaging material of four PIs to solid food simulants Tenax-TA in the specific migration.The results showed that: four kinds of paper packaging materials photoinitiator surface changes over time to changes in the migration of food,until equilibrium is reached;the higher the temperature of the migration,the photoinitiator to migrate into food faster and reach equilibrium the shorter the time required.In the light of different thicknesses kraft initiator migration to food simulants process,kraft barrier capability is enhanced with increasing thickness,the required equilibrium time increases with increasing thickness.In the paper the same thickness,the migration of kraft paper and other paper was significantly lower than the same material,with the increase in thickness,the stronger the barrier.Photoinitiator to different foods(food simulant)in the order of migration size is: Tenax-TA> milk> tea powder> cereal powder,and 4 PIs migration can size: BP> MBP> Irgacure 907> EHA.Also studied under microwave heating,food paper packaging photoinitiator migration behavior towards food simulants.Photoinitiator migration agent to process food simulants,there is a certain volatilization and degradation,resulting in migration to the target simulant,there is a certain amount of loss.The larger the volume will increase as the migration the migration of microwave heating time,a period of time after the migration,no migration increased,reaching a maximum value migration;and with the longer migration time,the more decomposition of the photoinitiator,Irgacure which 907 losses and EHA are obvious.The migration is much less than that of the residual,microwave heating can not only promote the migration of the photo initiator,but also speed up the decomposition of the photo-initiator.440 W and 600 W migration study found,the power increases,the faster migration,the shorter the time to reach equilibrium.Far less than the residual amount of migration,both to facilitate microwave heating photoinitiator migration agent,the light will accelerate decomposition of the initiator.
