Magnetic materials have been widely used in wastewater treatment because of their good properties of catalysis,adsorption and magnetic separation.However,when the magnetic materials are used alone,they are easy to agglomerate in the water and the dispersion is poor.At present,the effective measures to solve this problem is to prepare the new magnetic composite materials with magnetic particles and other carrier materials.This paper selects zeolite,chitosan and cellulose as a carrier of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles.The main work of the paper is the magnetic zeolite/chitosan microspheres and magnetic cellulose preparation,performance research,which relates to the zeolite/chitosan microsphere preparation,research method and hydrothermal synthesis of Fe3O4,effects of various factors on the treatment of wastewate etc..The results were characterized by SEM,EDS,FT-IR,XRD and BET.The magnetic zeolite/chitosan microspheres were prepared by using zeolite/chitosan as carrier load on Fe3O4 with ion exchange method and liquid phase deposition method.Magnetic zeolite / chitosan microsphere is a new cheap photocatalyst.In the removal of phenol in wastewater by catalytic reaction of UV/Fenton,to 70 ml p H=6 and the concentration of 20mg/L phenol waste water by adding 0.5g zeolite / magnetic chitosan microspheres,0.3m L H2O2,at the temperature of 323.15 K with 24 W ultraviolet light irradiation 70 mins,the phenol removal rate can reach 91.46%.And its surface roughness,surface area significantly increases and there are no uniform small opening in the interior and surface.And the composition of the material is high in iron and oxygen.The preparation of magnetic cellulose sodium is to dissolve cellulose sodium into ionic liquid [mm Bim]Br,then load it on Fe3O4 by emulsion process.The magnetic cellulose sodium has good adsorption properties.In the experiment of adsorption of Ni2+ wastewater,to 70 m L concentration is 11.61mg/L-1 Ni2+ wastewater adding 0.5g magnetic cellulose sodium,adjusting p H to weakly acidic or neutral,room temperature shocks in table 24 h,the removal rate of Ni2+ reached 86.82%,the adsorption capacity reached 1.41mg/g.Analysis of magnetic cellulose sodium by adsorption of neutral EDTA solution with concentration of 5%,its first resolution rate was 50.17% and the Ni2+ removal rate was up to 65.33%.The thermodynamic and kinetic analysis showed that the pseudo two order kinetic model and Freundlich isotherm adsorption model could be used to describe the adsorption process of Ni2+.And it is found that the surface of magnetic cellulose sodium is curding and there are many layers of dense irregular pores.And its specific surface area is larger,texting is 669.88m2/g.In addition,in the FT-IR spectrum,the characteristic peaks of 627.49cm-1 wave appeared in the Br-C spectrum,which indicated that the magnetic cellulose sodium had a reaction in the process of dissolving into the ionic liquid [mm Bim]Br.
