The production of pipe tobacco is a key link in cigarette manufacturing,and the difference of the control mode determines the difference of the quality of finished tobacco.At present,most control methods of thin silk production line is basically distributed,but this control mode has the management mode of a single,low control precision,easy maintenance and other defects,can not meet the index requirements of the production process of pipe tobacco.This paper proposed a master-slave control method can achieve centralized management,the production of equipment for real-time monitoring,emergency response to fast,practical,easy to maintain,and can be related to the extension in the system.PROFIBUS network communication technology to improve the technology of thin silk production based on the related control using master-slave communication,which will control the dispersion of the original equipment and system connected to form a complete network.The main task of this paper and related research work are as follows:(1)Based on the full understanding of pipe tobacco production line of the original,the transformation is proposed for the original production process in the control,use S7 communication technology to replace the original PROFIBUS based communication,which can centralize control system will be dispersed before,to establish a master-slave communication system.(2)The main communication between the master and slave and the related control.In this article,we will introduce the connection structure of the network,the selection of hardware,the configuration of their parameters and the correlation analysis of STEP7 programming software,According to the specific requirements of thin wire production,we design a control system which is based on PROFIBUS,using WinCC,dynamic monitoring and so on.(3)The system uses SIMATIC WinCC to monitor the motion of the system in real time.Because the software can monitor the equipment in real time,it can avoid the manual detection,which can ensure the safety and reliability of the whole system.The system designed in this paper has many advantages,such as high intelligent equipment,real-time data reading,strong operability,real-time monitoring of equipment,etc.The whole scheme has been proved that the system is stable,reliable and practical.
