Research On Emergency Rescue Of Accident Under The Theory Of Synergetics

In recent years,major accidents occurred frequently in domestic and international society,which will have a great impact on people's life and work.The security policy of our country is focusing on prevention,frequent serious accidents and serious consequences of the accident make accident emergency rescue have higher requirements.The current situation of the development of our country about the emergency rescue in the face of large-scale accidents in many areas begin to explore the regional emergency response and set up the Beijing Tianjin Hebei,Jiangsu Zhejiang Shanghai,Guangdong Hongkong Macao and other new large metropolitan city.In the area of emergency rescue mechanism need more cooperation between various departments of the emergency rescue process;how to make different departments involved in emergency rescue operations,not only can give full play to their own advantages,the successful completion of the work of the Department,but other departments involved in the rescue work can be better and better to carry out rescue have become the focus of research.The research of synergetics is the content of the system of material or energy exchange with the external environment,how to self interaction within the system enables the system to achieve the orderly state through research;the synergetics theory applied to the accident emergency rescue can make various departments involved in the rescue coordination between departments,reduce conflict or competition caused by the rescue cost,thereby reducing the cost of rescue to improve the rescue efficiency.So this paper will take the synergetics as the theoretical basis,to the existing emergency rescue process problems in China's realistic basis,classification,specific problems of abstraction,synergetic model and establish emergency rescue;using the model analysis of Tianjin port explosion accident,Huangdao oil pipeline explosion accident and several other typical accidents,find out the deficiencies of the emergency rescue measures during the development of these accidents,and put forward some suggestions for the development of emergency rescue operations.
