Natural gas has got more and more attention all around the world as one of having less pollutant emissions,energy efficiency and higher heating value energy.The acid gas H2S in natural gas will not only cause environmental pollution,but bring the issues of the catalyst poisoning,corrosion of metal equipment and the decreasing of the heating value of natural gas,etc.The H2S must be removed from the natural gas before the transport and use.Cyclicaminehydrogen sulfide scavenger has a very promising future as a kind of liquid hydrogen sulfide scavenger with a direct injection method for its convenient-preparation,low-cost,occupied small space and high-efficiency.Developing cyclicamine direct-injected hydrogen sulfide scavenger has being received more and more attention.But the relevant domestic research is still less.In this paper,the desulfurization effect of TMT,HET and HPT was evaluated.The effects of MOPA and CBHA on the sulfur capacity of cyclicamine desulfurizer were investigated.The results show that the instantaneous desulfurization rate and sulfur capacity of HET are significantly better than the others.With the same cyclicamine desulfurizer,the desulfurization performance at different concentrations showed a tendency to rise first and then decrease.Additives MOPA,CBHA have played a role in promoting the sulfur capacity of HET.Two kinds of cyclicamine desulfurizers were prepared by using cyclicamine compound as the main agent and improving the desulfurization performance by adding additives.The desulfurization performance of these two desulfurizers at different temperatures and different concentrations of hydrogen sulfide was investigated.When the H2S concentration is between 200 and 1000 ppm and the temperature is in the range of 3 to 45?,1 mL of the SR-1 desulfurizer removes 0.585 to 7.123 mg of H2S.In the same conditions,HN-1 desulfurizer can remove 2.637 to 13.878 mg H2S.
