With the development of the use of coal and coal toward efficient, clean development goals, of gas purification, especially sulfide contained in flue gas purification has become one of important problems in the use of resources, over the past few decades, study on flue gas desulfurization technology has been further developed. For the purpose of desulfurization adsorbent, namely desulfurizer preparation has become one of the key technologies and process matching. From the point of view of technology, desulfurization method consists of dry desulphurization and wet desulphurization two, which wet desulfurization with its high desulfurization efficiency, little secondary pollution, desulfurization products can be recycled characteristics in all kinds of large power enterprises by a wide range of application. In the process of wet flue gas desulfurization process, most commonly used desulfurization agent for calcium desulfurization agent, its composition mainly calcium carbonate, desulfurization gypsum product. Compared with the most popular magnesium calcium desulfurization, desulfurization process because of its small area, low investment cost, low energy consumption and operation for middle and small coal-fired boiler flue gas desulfurization. For magnesium base desulfurizing agent, the desulfurization performance and influencing factors, domestic and foreign scholars have been carried out a large amount of exploration.This paper through the research of magnesium desulfurization mechanism to determine the general advantages of magnesium carbonate desulfurization experience; after using industrial waste generated during the production of Yunnan iron and steel enterprises as desulfurization additives, the use of XRF and SEM were detected on the main components of steel slag, surface features, from the theory of preliminary judgment on the use of basic magnesium carbonate as a desulfurization agent and the feasibility of using the steel slag as desulfurizer additives; at the same time, through the orthogonal test and analysis and the BET ratio on the preparation process of particle size, stirring speed, mixing temperature, mixing ratio of surface area analysis techniques to identify several modulation factors on compound desulfurizer were studied. Thus obtaining a larger surface area than the steel slag/magnesium based compound desulfurizer; bubble reactor on the steel slag/magnesium based compound desulfurizer by wet laboratory drum Desulfurization process was simulated, the reaction temperature, bubbling deep desulfurization process and stirring speed were investigated, and compares it with the traditional desulfurization efficiency of desulfurization agent, based on many experiments at different levels under the reaction conditions, obtained the desulfurization performance of desulfurization agent in different depth, global the drum reaction temperature and stirring speed; test is also used on several desulfurizer gas chromatograph of desulfurizer were compared, further illustrates the differences between the desulfurization performance of several desulfurization agent; finally, through the actual reaction mechanism, explore traditional desulfurization agent and composite desulfurization of flue gas desulfurization chemical and diffusion properties and other aspects to analyze the desulfurization reaction, specific analysis of the reaction in control of the reaction conditions on the desulfurization agent Effect of desulfurization efficiency.Through the experimental research, draw the following conclusions:first, in the modulation of suitable conditions, increase the magnesium carbonate slag surface area, through the analysis of orthogonal experiment and orthogonal experiment, it can be concluded that in the control range, magnesium carbonate and steel slag and steel slag quality than the minimum size, modulation when the reaction temperature is the highest, the fastest mixing modulation under the condition of modulation of the compound desulfurizer maximum specific surface area; secondly, through the simulation experiment, the wet desulfurization process, stirring speed, lower reaction temperature, larger bubble depth and higher will have a positive impact on the efficiency of desulfurization desulfurization agent; finally, compared with several other desulfurization agent, steel slag/magnesium base desulfurizing agent with high desulfurization efficiency, that is due to its large specific surface area and steel slag and magnesium carbonate in de Sulfur process caused by mutual catalysis.
