In this paper,the interference of carbon monoxide in the flue gas of sintering machine head in the iron and steel enterprise is studied by the method of constant potential electrolysis.According to the monitoring method of sulfur dioxide,the non dispersive infrared method and the fixed potential electrolysis method were selected.The standard carbon monoxide gas experiment,carbon monoxide standard gas of different concentration of sulfur dioxide tester display value contribution that linear regression equation,mathematical model,adopting piecewise mathematical model of type,concentration of carbon monoxide was corrected for sulfur dioxide tester,the last spot monitoring of steel sintering flue gas,sulfur dioxide and non dispersive data obtained the infrared measured data for comparison of sulfur dioxide.The actual experiments show that the Laoshan should type 3012 correction instrument test data and Laoshan shall determine the data obtained and the relative error in the range of-10.71%~8.14% 3026 type infrared analyzer,within 15% error data,no significant differences between.With the 350 type analyzer shall determine the Laoshan data that the relative error in the range of-8.24%~9.88% 3026 type infrared analyzer,within 15% error data,no significant differences between.3012 types of testers and 350 types of actual measurement of the data obtained by the relative error of the results in the range of-5.56%~4.76%,the error is 15%,there is no significant difference between the data.3012 types of test instrument and 350 type analyzer after the revised data obtained relative error results in the range of-12.36%~10.26%,the error is 15%,there is no significant difference between the data.In the actual monitoring of the high concentration of carbon monoxide in the process of dealing with the actual monitoring data after the manual correction,or the software system in the constant potential electrolysis instrument upgrade,can also use the non dispersive infrared instrument.
