Liquid flow channels usually need to be filtered in hydraulic,mechanical,petroleum,chemical and other industries.At present,there are many options for manufacturing filter device,where a typical manufacturing technology is to roll stainless steel wire meshes into a cylinder for seam welding.In order to conform to the strength requirements,the stainless steel skeleton and other institutions are installed in the inside or outside of the stainless steel wire meshes cylinder to fabricate the stainless steel wire mesh filter device.For this reason the seam welding equipment of stainless steel wire meshes was developed.According to the welding energy control requirements of stainless steel wire meshes,the special seam welding power control system was designed.Power control system is composed of the synchronous pulse control system,the time control system,the phase transfer system,the pulse train trigger control system,the thyristor switch control system,etc.First,the seam welding power control system generates 50Hz and 100Hz pulse.Second the 50Hz pulse control the time control system,and the 100Hz pulse control the phase shift and the pulse train generation.The trigger pulse series of the pulse width is 200?s and the pulse cycle is 210?s.Finally,the main welding transformer is controlled by the thyristor,and the first half wave is triggered when the phase shift angle is 90 degrees.The power control system adopts the combination of coarse and fine adjustment,and this adjustment makes the control of welding energy more precise.According to the welding process requirements of stainless steel wire meshes,the special seam welding mechanical structure was designed.The mechanical structure is mainly composed of the pneumatic control system,the disc roller electrode,the cylindrical electrode,the wire meshes cylinder forming device and the workbench.The welding pressure provided by the disc roller electrode transmission system is 2.0-3.6kN.The cylindrical electrode and cylinder forming device ensures diameter of 30mm and length of 50mm for the wire meshes after welding.The workbench and servo feeding system ensure the welding speed is 200-400mm/min.The welding process of the mechanical mechanism is simple and reliable,and can realize the operation of pressure,walking and welding.By using self-developed welding equipment for welding stainless steel wire meshes cylinder experiment,and the experimental object is stainless steel wire meshes with 6 of welding gear,67%of heat regulation ratio,2 of heating cycle number,2 of frequency gap,0.13mm of diameter and pore diameter.The parameters of the seam welding with pressure 2.5kN and welding speed 350 mm/min by experiment.The real seam welding show that the weld formation is great and the filter precision can be ensured,therefore the welding process is stability.The welding equipment and process in welding operation show that the welding process and quality are stable.
