Rare earth elements have many outer electrons and rich energy levels, which makes it widely used in the research work of all kinds of new luminescent materials and extension materials.Among all the upconversion luminescence of the matrix material,Molybdate has become one of the most important materials in the field of optoelectronics based on its advantages of good color rendering, high conversion efficiency, good light stability and so on.In recent years, the research results of this material in the display, optical fiber devices, fluorescent security and other aspects are more and more abundant. On the current research results,The study of molybdate phosphors is mainly focused on red light regulation for white light LED.However, the study on the temperature characteristics of the phosphor used in temperature sensing technology is very few. With the development of society and the promotion of scientific research,it is the basic direction of the development of non-contact temperature measurement technology to seek the material with higher measuring accuracy, more responsive and better stability. Therefore, the study on the temperature characteristics of the molybdate based upconversion phosphor is a subject with far-reaching significance. In this paper,KLa?MoO4?2: Er3+/Ho3+/Tm3+ phosphors has been synthesized by hydrothermal method, and the samples has been characterized and tested.Based on the upconversion emission spectra of KLa?MoO4?2: Er3+/Ho3+/Tm3+ phosphors,a series of detailed data analysis were made. The up-conversion mechanism of fluorescent materials and the effect of the concentration of activated ion(Er3+/Ho3+/Tm3+)and sensitized ion Yb3+ on the fluorescence intensity.Secondly,Temperature evolution of KLa?MoO4?2: 2 mol% Er3+,5 mol% Yb3+?KLa?MoO4?2: 2 mol% Ho3+,15 mol% Yb3+?KLa?MoO4?2: 1 mol% Tm3+,10 mol%Yb3+ phosphors' UC emission spectra have been measured and analyzed based on fluorescence intensity ratio. The fitting function relation between the fluorescence intensity ratio and temperature of the three kinds of phosphors has been studied, andthe reasons for this change has been analyzed. On this basis, the detection sensitivity of KLa?MoO4?2: 2 mol% Er3+,5 mol% Yb3+?KLa?MoO4?2: 1 mol% Tm3+,10 mol%Yb3+ phosphors at room temperature has been calculated.
