Lifting equipment is responsible for lifting coal mines,transporting production,carrying workers and other tasks.With the development of coal mining technology and coal mining depth deepening,it increased the test about the safety of lifting equipment.Therefore,it is very important to improve the safe and stable operation of the equipment.If used traditional detection methods,not only affected the production process,and the detection was not accurate and slow.In view of this situation,this paper presented an other detection method.Through the operation of the cage parameters of the collection and mapping characteristics of the curve in order to identify the type of failure.The vibration acceleration data of the cage were respective collection in the state that the lifting container was full load,light load,high speed and normal speed.The relationship between different speed,different load and vibration acceleration output was analyzed.The vertical dynamics model of cage steelwork was established.This paper explored the relationship between the acceleration of the cage vibration and the type of the tank failure in various working conditions with the failure state of the steelwork as the excitation source.Simulink was used to simulate the various defects of the steelwork,such as abnormal uplift,step up,bending,tilting and surface irregularities.The simulation results showed that the output acceleration amplitude of the cage decreases with the increase of load of hoisting container and the output acceleration amplitude increases,with the increase of speed.Cage model was established and performed modal analysis.The cage data collection scheme was determined,and experiment data acquisition platform was established.The experimental scheme was worked out.The cage operation data of Xinzhuangzi mine was collected at three conditions of normal speed with full load,normal speed with light load and high speed with full load.The collected data was denoised by wavelet and decomposed.According to the actual frequency band of the cage and the fault,the reconstructed useful signal was used to diagnose the fault and analyze the relationship between the vibration acceleration and the above conditions.The experiment provides guidance for the maintenance and design of the tank Road,and also shows that the simulation model was suitable for the actual situation.
