Deep mine hoisting wire rope fatigue and safety issues are directly bound up with the improvement of the system reliability.Currently,many mines are mined at a mining depth of kilometers.However,in many mine feedbacks,actual usage time of the wire rope is much shorter than the time required in "coal safety regulations",and the wire rope needs to be replaced after being damaged before mining is completed,which also causes trouble to mine production.Therefore,the study of deep mine hoisting wire rope fatigue and safety issues can provide suggestions and guidance on a solution to the problem that the deep mine hoisting wire rope has short usage time.In this paper,the multi-rope friction winding system is used as the research object.First,a method for calculating stress of several key points for hoisting the wire rope in the shaft lifting system is figured out,and then,hoisting stress of two mines of great significance is numerically calculated.In order to obtain the more accurate alternating stress result of the wire rope,the alternating stress under different working conditions of the mine is calculated and analyzed.An amplitude of the alternating stress under the uniform working condition is greater than a stress amplitude under an actual working condition.In this case,the alternating stress result can be used for stress analysis instead of the result under the actual working condition.The stress fatigue of the wire rope hoisting is analyzed on the basis of stress analysis.The fatigue analysis comprises the determination of the dangerous point and the impact on the fatigue life that is caused by the alternating stress amplitude.As shown in the analysis results,in the deep mine hoisting system,the fatigue life of the wire rope is relatively short and is approximately half a year to one year,and the general mine wire rope can meet the life design requirements.Moreover,the alternating stress amplitude affects the fatigue life of the wire rope.When the stress amplitude is larger,the fatigue life of the wire rope is shortened faster.In view of this,a method for alleviating load of a hoisting container is employed to prolong the usage time of the deep mine hoisting wire rope.To enhance the safety of wire rope has been the concern of the wire rope lectotype design.Because the safety factor for wire rope lectotype is generally larger than usual according to the conventional calculation method,the domestic and EU wire rope lectotype design methods are analyzed,and the following conclusion is drawn:The safety factor in the "coal safety regulations" has a large margin range,and the wire rope is mainly selected abroad based on the performance and the working condition of the wire rope instead of the conventional safety factor method.Therefore,a new safety factor calculation method is proposed by learning experience of the foreign countries.
