Soybean oil is one of the most commonly consumed vegetable oils.With the rapid development of the economic situation and the improvement of people's living standard,the demand for the quality of edible vegetable oil is promoted.In particular,the visual performance of oil is important.The study to explore the difference of oil decoloring effect between new decoloring PC5 silica gel and atlapulgite,according to the precious research of decolorization during the process of oil refining;study the effects of ions(Cu2+,Fe2+,Fe3+),phospholipids and soap on the decolorization of decoloring;explore the effects of decolorization using new decolorization.Utilizing the characteristic of a better adsorption on the ions and soap than atlapulgite,the PC5 silica gel is used in conjunction with atlapulgite to analyze the new decoloring process.The purpose of this study is to improve the decolorization efficiency and postpone the phenomenon of oil color reversion.The results show that the use of appropriate PC5 silica gel as a decoloring agent can effectively improve the oil decolorization effect,as well as postpone the phenomenon of oil color reversion.The factors(ions Fe2+,Fe3+,Cu2+,phospholipid,soap)were added to the decolorizing oil.The effects of factors on oil decolorization and oil color reversion were studied by using different decolorization methods.Study assume a certain degree of responsibility of all the factors studied on oil decolorization and oil color reversion.The adsorption capacity of PC5 silica gel to phospholipid is poor,which leads to a high content of phospholipids in the oil.While its adsorption capacity on soap is stronger,result in a smaller effect of soap content on the color of oil.The research demonstrates that the conjunctive use of PC5 silica gel and atlapulgite can significantly improve the efficiency of oil decolorization.The effect of PC5 silica gel and atlapulgite on the decolorization of oil were studied.The factors influencing the decolorization of the oil,including the reaction temperature,the reaction time,the amount of the PC5 silica gel and atlapulgite added were discussed,through a single factor experiments so as to get optimized conditions.On the basis of single factor experiment,the four factors were selected as the independent variables,and the decolorization rate of oil as the response value.According to the design principle of central composite response surface test technology,the conjunctive use of PC5 silica gel and atlapulgite on oil decolorization were studied.The software Expert Design8.0 Trial were used for data analyzing.The second order polynomial regression equation of the decolorization rate(R),reaction temperature(A),reaction time(B),PC5 silica gel content(C)and atlapulgite content(D)is showed below:R=86 + 0.48A + 0.20B + 0.56C + 0.36D + 0.025AB-0.075AC-0.10AD-0.050BC + 0.18BD + 0.000CD-0.97A2-0.067B2-0.076C2-0.86D2The optimized conditions of soybean oil decolorization obtained from the second order polynomial regression equation is:a reaction temperature of 91 ?,a reaction time of 25min,a PC5 silica gel dosage of 0.15%and a atlapulgite dosage of 2%.Three parallel experiments,the decolorization rate is the average of 86.1%,and the predicted values are only 0.12%.
