According to the shortage of international energy and the increasingly serious environmental problems,the production of corrugated paper,as a high energy-consuming industry,gradually attracted people's attention since it brings energy and environmental issues.Simply eliminating the behindhand corrugated machine is not the best solution,while considering how to optimize the existing corrugated machine is more effective.Essentially,the production process of the paper machine is a process of dehydration.The forming section,the press section and the drying section are the main dehydration units of the paper machine,and the energy consumption accounts for the vast majority of the energy consumption of the whole production process.Therefore,these three parts of the energy consumption has been a hot research at home and abroad.To analyze and optimize the energy consumption in the production process of corrugated machine has important significance to improving the energy efficiency and reducing the cost of corrugated fiber production enterprises.Based on the current situation of corrugated paper machine,combined with the corrugated paper production process and the basic theory foundation,this paper adopts the method of controlling the manipulated variable,studying energy consumption optimization and control system in corrugated paper production process from the construction of energy saving equipment of water ring vacuum pump,the detection and analys is of the dryness of the pressed paper and the modeling of the heat recovery system of the drying section.The main research content has the three parts as the following:(1)According to the water ring vacuum pump energy saving optimization control program,a set of control devices was designed.The device includes the whole hardware design and the whole software design,and has the host computer to facilitate the realization of the control system.According to the experimental data and data analysis,it is proved that when the water ring vacuum pump is working at a certain influent flow rate,electricity and water can be achieved to maximize savings on the premise of guarantee the stability of the vacuum under the premise,and improve the working efficiency of the water ring vacuum pump.(2)Analyze the controllable factors that affect the amount of dewatering in the press and use the water content detection device to detect the moisture content of the first press sheet.Through the test results,the relationship between the line pressure,the pressing speed and the press dryness is plotted as a line graph,and the fitting equation is obtained.Finally,the relationship between the three is drawn into a surface diagram,the optimal range of the line pressure and crushing speed is obtained from the surface diagram in order to achieve power optimization,and has a certain guiding significance to the operation of the press.(3)Optimize the total steam and air consumption of the corrugated machine dryer by using nonlinear programming(NLP).According to the quality and energy balance of the drying and heat recovery sections,the equation constraints and inequality constraints of the optimization model are obtained from the specified module.The objective function of the optimization model is set and the model is solved by MATLAB software.Using this model,process parameters can be optimized to improve energy efficiency and heat recovery performance.After the above analysis shows that,by controlling the operating parameters,it can not only reduce electricity,water and steam energy consumption of the corrugated paper production process,but also improve the previous extensive control mode.At the same time,it can improve the production efficiency of corrugated enterprises and reduce production costs,providing an optimized direction for the enterprise.
