As the basic unit of the equipment manufacturing industry,the computer numerical control(CNC)milling machine has a large quantity and wide range of applications,but most of the numerical control machine tools have the disadvantages of high energy consumption and low energy utilization rate.Research on the energy consumption of CNC milling machine can not only alleviate the pressure on the environment from the manufacturing industry,but also improve the economic benefits of manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,this master's thesis toke the main drive system which is the largest energy requirement of CNC milling machine as the research object supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(51275365),the National 863 Project(2014AA041504).The research on energy consumption modeling and energy optimization problems of the main drive system is carried out to provide support for the energy-saving machining technology of CNC milling machines.In this master's thesis,the complexity of energy consumption of the main drive system and its causes were analyzed.The energy consumption of the four operating states(starting state,preparing state,no-load state,load state)of the main drive system was calculated.The symbols and semantics of BPMN2.0 modeling standard were used to describe the running process of the main drive system and the relationship between energy consumption units and model energy consumption of the main drive system.The energy consumption of the main drive system was calculated accurately through the integration of data association.Then,the optimization model of energy consumption was established and energy consumption of the main drive system was chosen to be the target of this model.Based on the artificial fish swarm algorithm with mutation operator,the optimization model was solved.Taking the process of one convex part as an example,the feasibility and effectiveness of the model solution method were verified.Finally,based on the integrated application of the above models and methods,a set of energy-saving optimization support system of the main drive system of CNC milling machine was developed for the mechanical manufacturing industry to assist the production staff in selecting the processing parameters of the CNC milling machine in the process.The system architecture,operation flow and function modules were analyzed.The application of the system was introduced with the case.
