With the industrialization development of china,the discharge of dyeing wastewater gradually become main ingredient of industry wastewater.How to deal with dyeing wastewater gradually become a puzzle of industrialization development.This experiment development a new active carbon padding in three-dimentional electrode which coated with epoxide resin.Finally,use this kind of particle electrode to deal the wastewater,the result is satisfactory.In order to effective use of electric,the resarch disscussed the distribution of electricity.The three-dimensional electrode system use stainless steel as electrodes,the research discussed the distribution of electricity in this three-dimentional electrode system,and result show that: if the remove efficiency almost same in two system,choice the system which 1)the padding is much fewer,2)the distance of electrode is longer,3)the concentration of electrolyte is lower,4)the p H which is closer in neutral,could effectively reduce the side reaction.Use epoxy resin to coated active carbon,obtained insulated particle electrode.Compared with glass bead particle electrode,the remove efficiency of coated padding is better than glass.In signal factor experiment,while the distance of electrode is 6 cm ?concentration of Na2SO4 is 2g/L? electrolysis voltage is 20 V? rate of coated active carbon and active carbon is 1:3 ? p H of wastewater is 7,the system is most effective.After 30 min experiment,the remove rate of methylene bule about 94.48%,the concentration is about 5.52mg/L.After orthogonal test,we find the best system condition is: the distance of electrodes is 6 cm? the concentration of Na2SO4 is 2 g/L?the electrolysis voltage is 20 V ? the rate of coated active carbonand active carbon is 1:4 ? the p H of wastewater is 7.After 30 minutes of reaction,the concentration of methylene has efficiently decreased.The remove rate of COD is about 55.54%.Use this system to deal the dyeing wastewater,after 70 minutes of reaction,the high COD concentrationgroup,the COD remove rate is about 55.5%.And biodegradability has been improved.In low concentration group,the remove rate is about78.5%.
