Electric Fenton treatment is one of electrochemical water treatment technology, although it has good treatment results, but because of the large dosage of Fenton reagent, the technology has not been widely promoted.Three-dimensional electrode Fenton method is a new type of electrochemical water treatment technology based on electric Fenton method and three-dimensional electrode. In recent years,It has been widely studied and applied because of its simple operation and high removel rate of industrial wastewater. This study test apparatus for homemade three-dimensional electrode-electric Fenton reactor, this processing object to malachite green dyeing wastewater, the main research contents include:The main research contents are as follows:Selection of electrode material for the treatment of malachite green dyeing wastewater by three-dimensional electrode electro-Fenton method;the experimental study of three-dimensional electrode electric Fenton method treat malachite green dyeing wastewater;the experimental study of ultrasonic enhanced three-dimensional electrode electric Fenton method treat malachite green dyeing wastewater. The concentration of H2O2 generated by Fe/C and C/C electrode was under distilled water, the concentration of H202 generated by C/C electrode was 114.34 mg/L after 60 min reaction, because of Iron anodes continue to produce Fe2+ in the electrochemical reaction,Fe/C electrode was only 11.12 mg/L.when use Fe as anode material, the removal of color and COD is better, and the chemical properties is stable,so Fe/C electrode is suitable for the anode material; The slection of particle electrode experiment shows that the mixture of 3 mm columnar activated carbon and nano-iron particle electrode has the best removal efficiency of dyeing wastewater, the removal rate of chroma and COD reached 88.24%and 61.57%respectively when the mixture ratio was 2:1.The effect of activated carbon particle electrode on Fenton system of three-dimensional electrode has been studied. The decisive factor of COD and chroma removal of dyeing wastewater is still electrochemical reaction, activated carbon adsorption also has some effect, but it is relatively weak.Three-dimensional electrode electric Fenton method and ultrasonic enhanced three-dimensional electrode electric Fenton method were used in the treatment of dyeing wastewater.Through single factor experiment, the Influencing factors were discussed, including reaction time, oil content,pH value, the water electrolysis voltage, concentration of electrolyte additive, plate spacing, oxygen and other influence factors. When the malachite green dyeing wastewater was treated by ultrasonic alone, there was little removal of color and COD,but the UV spectrum showed that the new material was formed and the macromolecule organic matter were decomposed. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows:electrolyte Na2S04 dosage 5 g/L,pH = 4,plate spacing 9 cm,voltage 14V,aeration intensity 0.8 L/min.Electrolyte concentration,pH value, plate spacing, aeration intensity and voltage on the effect of malachite green wastewater treatment were decreased in turn.Under the optimum reaction conditions, the effluent COD concentration was 77.68 mg/L and the average chromaticity was 4.52 times. In summary,ultrasonic-enhanced three-dimensional electrode Fenton method for malachite green wastewater treatment is better,it doesn't have secondary pollution, the operation is simple, through further research and improvement,it can be widely used in practical projects.
