Organic reactions promoted by metals to achieve C-C bonds formation have drawn extensive attention owing to their Characteristics compared with those reactions developed by organometals as reagent or catalyst,in particular,most of organic reactions promoted by organometals have more disadvantaged than advantages although it is employed for formation of C-C Bonds.On the other hand,these methods possesse high toxicity,high cost,difficult to prepare and difficulty in separating from the final product.With all these impediments,the chemists developed more efficient methods to achieve the C-C formation methodology such as allyl halide and metal with carbonyl group.In this thesis,we improved the use of the following compounds:compounds with carbonyl group,hydrazine,allyl bromide and tin metal powder as promoter,we developed this strategy by many ways,first by using additives and without additives,in room temperature or by refluxing.The main aim for this thesis is to develop the C-C formation methodology by efficient methodsThis thesis consisted of three chapters.Chapter one:Section one:Organotin compounds used to synthesis C-C bond formationIn this Section,the Organotin compounds were used as catalysts or reagents to promote C-C bond formation,these types of compounds are used widely to publish this strategy.Allylstannane substrates have been elaborated by mentioning number of organic reactions which were used to introduce the organotin moiety.In this part,allylstannane(as Organotin)was reacted with carbonyl group to achieve C-C bond formation and it is well known that this compound is an important synthetic intermediated for C-C bond formation.This strategy was extensively discussed previously.This strategy was extensively discussed previously.Section r two:Tin powder used to synthesis C-C bond formationIn this Section,we have conducted a survey for selected chemical reviews about tin Alkylation reactions,particularly in C-C bonds formation by reactions which include tin powder promoted Alkylation,and we focus on the reactions which were developed without additive and catalyst,Furthermore these reactions are developed in one pot synthetic method.Chapter two:Tin mediated synthesis of homoallylhydrazides from hydrazone,and allyl bromid in presence of tin powder and Lewis acidIn this chapter,we provided a new synthesis method of homoallylhydrazides by treating hydrazone and allyl bromide with tin powder catalyzed by Lewis acid and discussed the optimal reactions condition of hydrazone.The reactions proceed smoothly under mild conditions to give the corresponding products with using different Lewis catalyst.Unfortunately these reactions did not take place in the other conditions.Chapter three:Direct amidation of hydrazones with carbonyl compounds via metal-free C-H Activation In this chapter,we are trying developed A novel and simple method for the direct amidation of hydrazone with formamides The reaction could occur smoothly in the presence of different oxidant under metal-and base-free conditions.UnfortunatelyDirectdehydrogenative cross-coupling of formamides and hydrazone in these conditions did not occur.
