In this experiment,bovine bone was used as raw material,ethanol was used for degreasing.Because papain and neutral protease produce less bitter peptides.Two kinds of enzyme hydrolysis degree is better than one.Papain and neutral protease common hydrolyze bovine bone meal,can improve the release rate of calcium in bone meal.,and improve the edible rate of bovine bone meal.After enzymatic hydrolysis of the bovine bone meal,the enzymatically hydrolyzed bovine bone meal is fermented.Fermentation of the two bacteria are Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus.The ratio of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus is 2:1.The orthogonal test was used to optimize the bovine bone meal fermentation.Get the best process of bovine bone fermentation.Finally,the fermented bovine bone meal is seasoned and compressed.1.The best conditions for enzymolysis were determined by single factor test and orthogonal test:The amount of bovine-derived power added was 10%;Papain hydrolysis temperature of 55?,the adding amount of 15 g/kg,enzyme solution pH value is 6,enzymolysis time is 4 h;Neutral protease hydrolysis temperature of 55?,the adding amount of 13 g/kg,enzyme solution pH value is 6,enzymolysis time is 6 h.Under these condition,the degree of hydrolysis of bovine bone powder was 12.58%.2.The optimum fermentation conditions of bovine bone meal:The amount of bovine-derived power added was 10%;The ratio of Lactobacillus bulgaricus to Streptococcus thermophilus was 2:1,the best inoculation amount was 3%,the glucose content was 3%and the fermentation time was 30 h.The conversion of calcium was 31.45%.3.The best seasoning process for fermented bovine bone meal:Licorice powder was 1%,Houttuynia powder was 2%,green tea powder was 2%,angelica powder was 3%.4.The best craft for making chewable tablets:magnesium stearate of 0.8%,polyethylene Beptophorone Anhydrous ethanol solution was 5%,microcrystalline cellulose was 9%and silica gel was 1%.5.Fermentation of bovine bone meal after the determination of indicators of the results:The average water content was 2.61%,the angle of rest of the bovine bone meal was 39.12°,the average compressibility of the particles was 17.6,and the moisture absorption rate was less than 3%.Compared with ordinary skim bovine bone meal,it has higher polypeptide and soluble calcium,which is more beneficial to the absorption of nutrients.The taste of Chinese herbal medicine is more refreshing after seasoning.Will be processed after the bovine bone meal granulation,made of bovine bone meal chewable tablets than cattle bone powder compared to more easy to eat and carry storage.
