Based on the forest resources in China is poor,Salix shrub windbreak and sand fixation without effective use of waste plastics and serious pollution problems.Salix wood flour and plastic combination preparation of wood plastic composite(WPC)material using.In order to improve the performance of WPC,improve the utilization rate of recycled high density polyethylene(PE-HD)and outdoor application value,This study recycled PE-HD and Salix wood flour as raw material,preparation of WPC by the compression molding process.Using single factor experiment method,study on mechanical properties,Thermal stability,Thermal oxidation resistance and Combustion performance of Wood-plastic composite material by changing the salix wood flour,antioxidant and flame retardant.On the basis of this,the change law of WPC in thermal aging process was studied.According to the previous experimental results,the optimum preparation technology of WPC was optimized.The results show that:1.Wood powder in 0?60%between changes,the static bending strength of WPC was first increased and then decreased,the elastic modulus increased,tensile strength and impact strength decreased;the storage modulus and loss modulus of the position of the curve showed an upward trend;the total weight loss decreased;thermal oxidation resistance and flame retardant properties were enhanced.On the regeneration of PE-HD and wood powder content is 20%?60%of the WPC themal aging experiment results show that the properties were decreased,and the aging time is the same,with wood powder was added into the mechanical properties of WPC remain rate declined.2.Wood powder content is 50%,1010 and 1076 in the amount of antioxidant change of 0?0.5%,the mechanical properties of WPC were increased and then decreased,the antioxidant can slow down PE-HD pyrolysis rate.The addition of antioxidants 0.0%?0.5%,wood powder content is 50%WPC thermal aging test,adding antioxidants after the mechanical properties of WPC decreased markedly slowed down,antioxidant content is 0.2%?0.3%,the mechanical properties of retention rate is relatively good.3.Flame retardant APP in 0?60%between changes,with the increase of APP addition,the static bending strength,elastic modulus,and tensile strength increased of WPC was first increased and then decreased,the impact strength decreased;the storage modulus and loss modulus of the position of the curve showed an upward trend;the total weight loss decreased;themal oxidation resistance and flame retardant properties were improved.The amount of APP was 5%?20%,WPC themal aging test,with aging time prolonged,the mechanical properties of WPC were decreased to different extent,compared with non APP,after joining the APP downward trend slowed down,when the APP content is 50%,the mechanical properties of retention rate is relatively good.4.Wood powder content is 45%,antioxidants 1010 content is 0.2%and Flame retardant APP content is 20%,The static bending strength,elastic modulus,tensile strength and impact strength of WPC were 41.17MPa,2224MPa,21.32MPa and 3.68MPa;the heating of 4h did not induce oxidation phenomenon when 220?,the Oxygen index was 25.2%,the contact angle was about 92.5%.WPC themal aging test,the anti-aging effect of WPC prepared under better technological conditions was significantly enhanced.
