Abstract/Summary:
It is of great significance to carry out research on wood rubber plastic ternary composites(WRPC)and to make good use of the advantages of each component to prepare composites with excellent properties.In this study salix wood powder,recycled PE-HD and waste rubber were used as raw materials,WRPC was prepared by molding method.The effect on the mechanical properties,dynamic thermomechanical properties,and thermal properties of WRPC were studied with waste rubber,silane coupling agent KH570 and KH550,sulfur-containing coupling agent Si69,microwave radiation condition and aging process,which laid a foundation for the optimization of the composites properties.The results of the study indicate:1.The rubber mesh is 40~120,with the increase of mesh,static bending strength,elastic modulus,tensile strength,impact strength,vicat softening temperature and heat distortion temperature of WRPC increase;storage modulus and loss modulus increase first and then decrease.When the rubber mesh is 80~100,the properties of WRPC are excellent.2.The content of KH570 and KH550 is 0~5%,with the increase of coupling agent,static bending strength,elastic modulus,tensile strength,impact strength,vicat softening temperature and heat distortion temperature of WRPC increase;storage modulus and loss modulus first increase and then decrease.KH550 has a better effect on WRPC than KH570,and the suitable content of KH550 is 3%.3.The content of rubber is 0~12%,with the increase of rubber,static bending strength,elastic modulus,tensile strength,storage modulus,loss modulus,vicat softening temperature and heat distortion temperature of WRPC decrease,and impact strength increases.The appropriate filling content of waste rubber is 8%.4.The content of Si69 is 0~7%,with the increase of Si69,static bending strength,elastic modulus and tensile strength of WRPC increase first and then decrease,impact strength increases.storage modulus,loss modulus,vicat softening temperature and heat distortion temperature increase first and then decrease.Si69 is added to 5%,the properties of WRPC are relatively good,static bending strength,elastic modulus,tensile strength and impact strength are 31.65MPa,2058MPa,16.89MPa and 3.80kJ/m2,vicat softening temperature and heat distortion temperature are 93.30℃ and 119.05℃,respectively.The WRPC prepared by the modification of Si69 has a denser combination of internal component units and good interfacial compatibility.5.With the increase of radiation time,static bending strength,elastic modulus and tensile strength of WRPC increase first and then decrease with different activation powder,impact strength has no significant change.Preferred microwave radiation conditions are 180s and 406W,static bending strength,elastic modulus,tensile strength and impact strength are 32.54MPa,2795MPa,17.01MPa and 3.75kJ/m2.The WRPC prepared by microwave modification has a good combination of internal component units.6.The heat aging temperature is 90℃ and the aging time is 0~100h,with the increase of aging time,static bending strength,elastic modulus,tensile strength,impact strength,storage modulus and loss modulus of WRPC decrease;vicat softening temperature and heat distortion temperature increase first and then decrease.Aging causes cracks and holes on the surface of WRPC.
