China is the largest pig raising country in the world,as a national pig province,the pig industry of Guangxi developed rapidly,at the same time,it produced a lot of sewage and caused great pollution to the environment.In order to make the standard emissions,it is necessary to study the treatment process of the piggery wastewater.Not only it provides a theoretical basis for treatment process,and is also of a great significance for the protection of the environment.In this paper,the piggery wastewater was treated mainly by the aeration of CRI combined with ABR.Then it discusses the effect of piggery wastewater treatment with the modified CRI and combination process.Finally this paper study the changes of enzyme activity and micro ecological analysis under the condition of the different heights and packing of enzyme activity changes with before and after adding water.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:1.Improved CRI operation research:(1)Under the condition of the same influent,the effect of large and small column on the COD treatment of piggery wastewater was similar,but the effect of large column on NH3-N removal was better than that of COD and NH3-N.Hydraulic loading and the removal rate of COD and NH3-N showed a negative correlation;with the increase of the water organic load,it can improve the COD removal rate of wastewater to a certain extent,but when the organic load increases to a certain extent,the removal rate of CRI system basically remained stable.(2)The two-stage combination can effectively improve the treatment effect of the improved CRI on the pig's sewage.When the concentration of influent COD is 340?471mg/L,the effluent concentration of the primary and secondary leachate columns is 183?234mg/L and 49-102mg/L;When the concentration of influent NH3-N was 85-155mg/L,and the effluent concentrations of primary and secondary leachate were 85?155mg/L and 9?31mg/L,respectively.(3)In the first-order diafiltration column,with the increase of the different packing layer thickness,COD showed a downward trend,the concentration of NH3-N decreased continuously,the concentration of NO2--N increased first and then decreased,and the concentration of NO3--N continued to increase,and pH continued to decrease.The change of COD,NH3-N,NO3--N and pH in the secondary filtration column is similar to that of the first-order leachate column,but the concentration of NO2--N decreased with the increase of the packing layer.(4)Take the glucose to piggery wastewater and increase carbon nitrogen ratio of the water(3.80).Compared with the low carbon/nitrogen ratio,the COD and NH3-N ratio of the wastewater were increased by adding the glucose to the piggery sewage,Different from the low carbon and nitrogen ratio,the concentration of NO2--N in the level of filtration column showed a downward trend,the relative decline in the secondary filtration column is obvious,the concentration of NO3--N showed a trend of rise.The change trend of the pH value in the first stage is the same as that of the low carbon and nitrogen ratio,but the change of the secondary leachate column is not significant.2.The combination process of piggery wastewater treatment research:(1)The removal of COD occurred mainly in the first two cells of ABR reactor,the first four cells was least.(2)The COD removal efficiency of wastewater in Process ?(ABR-aeration-modified CRI)was the best,and the influent concentration of ABR was 734?1436mg/L,the effluent reached 238-882mg/L,and the effluent was up to 50mg/L;With the addition of aeration treatment,the NH3-N removal of Process ? is obvious,the removal rate is 99%or more.(3)The change of NO2--N concentration in Process ?(ABR-modified CRI)-was similar to that of process ?.In the ABR,the concentration of wastewater which is in and out was not obvious,the concentration increased significantly in the CRI primary treatment,after the CRI secondary treatment concentration appeared to be markedly reduced.In the process ?(ABR-CRI),the NO2--N concentration of before and after processing in the ABR reactor showed a decline trend.(4)In the process ?,the concentration of NO3--N did not increase after the aeration treatment,but the concentration of NO3--N increased obviously in the process ?,and the concentration of NO3--N decreased significantly after the ABR treatment.(5)The removal efficiency of TN was significantly changed after adding aeration treatment.when the TN in process ? and ? was 595mg/L and 646mg/L respectively,the removal rate of TN was 14.22%and 45.57%respectively.Compared with the process ?,the removal rate of process ? obviously improved.The addition of aeration to the ABR front can effectively improve the removal efficiency of TN by ABR.3.Enzyme activity analysis of the filler in the modified CRI system:The activities of four enzymes(catalase,urease,nitrate reductase and nitrite reductase)in the long column were higher than those before adding water,and the activity of the enzyme was higher with the higher Hydraulic load.The The activity of catalase and urease in the filler was larger than that in the secondary column,and the nitrate reductase and nitrite reductase activity of the filler were slightly larger than the primary column.4.Analysis high throughput sequencing of the packing.(1)In the CRI primary filtration column,On the classification level of bacteriophyta,the relative abundance of Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes,Firmicutes,Actinobacteria and Chloroflexi is larger,and the Proteobacteria is the absolute dominant group.On the classification level of Bacteria genera,the nitrifying bacteria were found on the first-order diafiltration column with before and after adding water,and the highest in the CRI middle layer was 6.95%and 3.42%,respectively.With before and after adding water,the Nitrobacter ratio in the lower layer of the infiltration column was 2.09%and 3.04%,respectively.And the anaerobic ammonium oxide was not found in the first stage.(2)In the CRI secondary lepting column,the classification level of the bacteriophyta is similar to primary filtration column.The relative abundance of the metamorphosis,the bacillus,the stamens and the actinomycetes were the largest and the Proteobacteria is the absolute dominant group.Unlike the first-order infiltration column,the nitrosation bacteria genera in the upper position of column sampling occupied the highest proportion,were 4.15%and 5.34%with before and after adding the water.Nitrifying bacteria genera in the water before and after upper secondary filtration column packing sampling rate occupied the highest proportion,wrer 3.85%and 2.44%with before and after adding the water.The anaerobic ammonium oxide was found in the middle layer of the secondary leachate column.The ratio of the samples before and after adding the water was 0.02%and 0.1%,respectively.
