The development is difficult and the cost is high,which is one of the characteristics of low permeability reservoir development.However,nearly 70% of the proven oil reserves in China are low permeability reservoirs.With the increasing demand of oil and gas,the effective development of low permeability reservoir is more and more concerned.How to achieve high and stable production of low permeability oil field,at the same time to reduce the human,material and financial input,and achieve good economic benefits,is the common goal of the majority of oilfield production researchers.Low permeability reservoirs generally have the characteristics of "three low",that is,low permeability,low abundance and low single well productivity.At the same time,oil production additives are difficult to inject and oil recovery is low,which is also a puzzle for many researchers.DOE method is a kind of mathematical statistics method.It mainly studies how to make scientific test scheme and analyze the test results reasonably and effectively.In the oilfield development program design,a variety of DOE methods have been applied in the oilfield development,and practice has proved that good results have been achieved.According to the actual situation,choosing the appropriate DOE method,considering the influence factors the development effect and level,establishing a mathematical model to simulate the relationship between them,and then using numerical simulation to obtain optimal solution,So will get the best open plan.In this way,the unnecessary calculation process is reduced,which can provide an effective basis for oilfield development design.This paper first introduces the basic theory of various DOE methods.Including full factorial experimental design,orthogonal experimental design,uniform design and response surface methodology;And the analysis methods,including range analysis,variance analysis and regression analysis.Then by using the method of reservoir engineering and numerical simulation,Making a comprehensive analysis and Research on the rational development of the 29 block in Huanjiang oilfield,including the deployment of well pattern,the oil production rate,the injection production ratio and so on.In this paper,the basic situation of Huanjiang oil field is summarized and analyzed.The reasonable development way and the well arrangement method are selected,and the optimum range of oil production rate,injection production ratio and so on are determined by using reservoir engineering method and numerical simulation method.Based on the numerical simulation and analysis of single factor,he experimental design(DOE)method was applied in the design of the development of the 29 block in Huanjiang oilfield,and the experimental design of different development schemes was carried out.The regression using the regression analysis method of each program cumulative production and financial net present value,obtained with the dependent variable parameters for oilfield development benefit,in order to accumulate oil and financial net present value as the objective function equation.Finally,a variety of test schemes are optimized by changing the constraint conditions.It provides the basis and reference for the design and adjustment of oilfield development plan.Using the DOE design method,designed 17 test program,select 3 numerical factor,including recovery rate,injection production ratio,perforation length,Cumulative production and NPV were selected as the objective function of the response surface test,using Design-Expert(version 8)software in the Box-Behnken response surface method,The regression formula of the oil production and NPV is obtained.After calculation,the average relative error is 0.75%,which indicates that the model can meet the precision requirement.Therefore,it is convenient to adjust the development plan and predict the effect.At the same time,considering the two indexes of oil production and NPV,the optimal scheme to satisfy the condition is optimized.It is an important reference for the design of oilfield development.
