As an important fine grinding or ultra fine grinding equipment,vertical mixing mill is widely used in mineral processing,producing coating material and grinding drugs,etc.According to incomplete statistics,the total energy consumption for major mining enterprises account for more than 3.5%of the national energy consumption.Vertical mixing mill as a major grinding equipment,annual consumption of energy is huge.So the energy conservation?emissions reduction and to improve the utilization rate of energy are becoming the new direction of grinding equipment development.Research of energy saving optimization of vertical mixing mill includes two aspects;structure and working parameters of mill included.Now,mixer structure,transmission device and working parameters of vertical mixing mill has been researched relatively mature,but the study on mill grinding cylinder structure is relatively rare.It need to be improved and expanded.So,this dissertation took the grinding cylinder of vertical mixing mill as the research object,by combining theory with experiment method,grinding cylinder structure was studied in following text.(1)The problem which exist in the process of energy saving optimization of vertical mixing mill was researched.The result clearly showed the significance of studying on grinding cylinder structure.The main contents of the paper and the overall technical solutions were established according to the development of the Vertical Mixing Mill structure and the present research condition.(2)By studying on the movement mechanism of the dielectric sphere in grinding cylinder,which concluded media equation and related analysis results that located on the stirrer and grinding cylinder in annular ground area.However,analysis of the internal structure of grinding cylinder,found that the internal structure of grinding cylinders had great effect on the trajectory of the ball.(3)Studying on vertical mixing range of ball mill grinding and crushing behavior,the calculation method of the energy conversion rate of Vertical mixing mill was optimized.(4)Analysis of Grinding Cylinder Structure could be determined the shape of grinding cylinder,including regular polygons,lined spiral grinding tube and waveform.the EDEM software simulation determined best effect of three kinds of tubular structure.By contrast with the normal grinding tube experiment,verified the reliability and accuracy of the results.Finally,figured out three kinds grinding tube structures,concluded the best structure.(5)Ultimately,grinding tube was selected as the research object,EDEM was used for its internal structural parameters optimization to determine internal structure of its reasonable parameters.And used response surface analysis method to analyze main parameters,researched on the final selection of grinding tube to optimize parameters of the work,determined the optimal operating parameters of the grinding tube structure.
