In water environment increasingly tense today,China's per capita water resources is falling and the continuous deterioration of water environment,decreasing of groundwater resources,agriculture and industry,rural and urban,and at the same time the production and life,production and ecology,and many other water conflicts intensified,the state promulgated the most strict water resources management system of the water pollution prevention plan of action,the environmental protection departments across put forward strict requirements on wastewater emissions,so the thermal power plant wastewater zero emissions will be the inevitable trend.Wastewater zero discharge engineering in China,however,has just started,all sorts of technology are not mature,the design supervision should be to help the owner to good design,choose reasonable technology route,perfect design,the project is of great significance and economic benefits,also fundamentally guarantee the project implementation after the operation effect.Paper's main work and achievements are as follows:1.The zero discharge of wastewater engineering basic data collection and verification work is analyzed,according to the characteristics of wastewater zero discharge engineering design supervision on the basis of the early work on review of key water quality data,to ensure that the design based data and production practice match,avoid engineering changes due to the condition of water quality after implementation and make over and over again.2.The design difficulties of wastewater zero discharge engineering analysis,puts forward solutions to design supervision in engineering technical difficulties review key points,put forward the principle of the factory and to optimize the design of the use of water resources in power plants.3.According to the optimization of plant water use,should focus on treatment of circulating water system,circulating water system is the key point of the water in power plants,through ascension cycle concentration ratio can be effective water saving effect of the implementation of the power plant.Design supervision focus on enhancing strong water ratio of circulating water were analyzed,and the ways of combining point of failure in past projects put forward ascension thick water rate considering the key factors in the process of design.4.In view of the wastewater zero emission technology in the application of research both at home and abroad,summarizes the high salt wastewater treatment process is obtained,and the key technology is analyzed and compared,at the same time the various process of investment and operation cost comparison,choose according to actual situation process route.In this paper,through the high salt waste water solutions and technical route,the selection to good economic efficiency,process optimization scheme,zero discharge of wastewater process design has a certain reference value.Power plant wastewater zero discharge engineering is the depth of water saving and zero emission is a systematic project,the depth of the water saving is the precondition of realizing wastewater zero emissions,need technical reserves and data accumulated at the same time,due to the different raw water quality and water technology,unable to form molding process model,so,of "one factory and a slip" design supervision in the whole system design process from the global,the overall planning,strictly controlled,offer engineering perfect design.
