The rare earth ore bodies of Xunwu,Jiang Xi belong to the silt.Silt is a kind of transitional soil between sandy soil and clays.The calculation method of shear strength of these kind of ore bodies are of great significance to the analysis of the stability of the slope in the in-situ leaching process.Using the theory of soil-water pressure calculated jointly or separately.Introducing the concept of the rate of water pressure.Analyzing the effect of water on the strength of ore bodies from the micro level of soil,an experimental device for measuring the rate of water pressure is designed.Determining the rate of water pressure in the same kind of ore bodies with different pore ratio.The total stress and effective stress index are measured in the different conditions by using the GDS triaxial apparatus.Calculating the sheer strength of ore bodies in the condition of soil-water calculated jointly,soil-water calculated separately and soil-water calculation uniformly.The hydrodynamic pressure caused by seepage can make weakly bound water become free water.Determining the liquid-plastic limit value in the two condition of non-seepage and seepage stability.Based on the relationship between the rate of water pressure and the plasticity index of soil,solving the added value of the rate of water pressure in the condition of seepage stability.We can get the value of the rate of water pressure in the condition of seepage stability.Analysis of shear strength of Xunwu's soil before and after seepage.The numerical simulation is used to calculate the safety factor of ore body under different strength indexes.We can infer that the critical injection intensity of the ore body in the in-situ leaching.Through the above study,we can get the following conclusion.(1)The greater the void ratio is,the greater the rate of water pressure is.The shear strength of saturated ore bodies enlarges with the increase of the rate of water pressure.The rate of water pressure of the rare earth ore bodies in Xunwu is 0.90~0.92.Therefore,the result in soil-water calculation uniformly is closer to the result in soil-water calculation separately is a great difference of soil-water calculation jointly.(2)When the seepage speed is 3×10-5cm/s in the condition of seepage stability,the seepage make the weakly bound water become free water and the value of the rate of water pressure increased by 0.03.The rate of water pressure of the rare earth ore bodies in Xunwu is 0.930~0.945.The shear strength of the Xunwu's soil will become smaller when seepage occurs.Under the same void ratio,the shear strength of the soil is slightly larger than the shear strength before seepage.(3)When the injection range of ionic rare earth ore body increases,the critical injection intensity decreases.The slope stability analysis of ore body should be more safe with the total stress intensity index.In the same injection intensity,the range of liquid injection increases,and the ore body will slide in a shorter time.
