"Pressure drop calculation method of Oil-gas-water three-phase flow mixed transportation pipeline" is an interdisciplinary research topic, it covers fluid dynamics, multiphase flow theory, mathematical modeling, numeric computing science content. Domestic and foreign scholars?have done a lot of research on oil-gas-water three-phase Flow pressure drop calculation method. There are two main ways: one is pressure drop related formula research based on the gas-liquid two-phase flow; the other is pressure drop theory research based on the mechanical model. Since the mechanism of multiphase flow is very complex, there is no accepted pressure drop calculation method. At present, water injection method is mainly used during the development of most oil fields in our country. The water-cut of six oil fields including Daqing has reached more than 90%, these oil fields have entered high water-cut developing bear stage. Domestic and foreign scholars make the indoor simulation experiments as the main way in order to research flow pattern and pressure drop of oil-gas-water three-phase pipe flow. Due to the large moisture content and violently fluctuate in the period of high water cut, some new flow patterns emerge in tube three-phase flow. It is necessary to make a deep study of the three-phase flow pressure drop calculation method.In this paper, we study pressure drop calculation method of oil-gas-water three-phase flow with super high water-cut from two aspects. Test and summarize the flow pattern of oil-gas-water three-phase flow testing in super-high water-cut stage by the use of on-site testing device, and measure the main impact factors of oil-gas-water three-phase flow pipeline pressure drop. Applying BP neural network theories and methods and using the field test data, we determine the required sample of neural networks, transfer functions, data processing method, the network structure and learning algorithm, a program is given for predicting pressure drop of pipeline transmission in super high water cut stage. Establish a model of mixing oil and water-water level slug flow which is a pattern appears of three-phase flow with super high water cut, and analyzed the model in hydraulics to obtain pressure drop calculation formula. Using the relevant characteristic parameters and physical properties of slug flow calculation method for reference, we calculate the pipeline pressure drop, and the results are discussed.
