Urban rubbish is a stubborn illness that plagued society,especially with the improvement of urbanization level and the increasing of the total population,improper handling will seriously affect the development of cities around the world and people's normal life.Nowadays,the most common modes of MSW disposal are incineration,composting and sanitary landfill.Most developed countries generally use sanitary landfill,the model is an effective way to deal with garbage.The selection of domestic waste landfill project construction's location is a basic work.Landfill technology is land disposal technology,which is characterized by the need for an area,to be impervious to work,rain and sewage diversion and geotechnical landfill operations,the site from the residents gathered a certain distance.Landfill site will have different impact on the environment around the site,such as groundwater,the atmosphere,along with the potential environmental risks,therefore,greater efforts to implement the site,is conducive to more smoothly promote landfill construction,More conducive to carry out more economic project operations.This paper uses the subjective AHP method and the objective entropy method to derive the comprehensive index weight from both subjective and objective perspectives.Taking the sanitary landfill of a residential district in Xiajiang County as an example,this paper compares the selection of three sites of Dingkeng site,Xijia site and Wuqi site,and uses the constructed AHP entropy weight method,Evaluation of three sites,to calculate their comprehensive evaluation value.Through the comparison and selection,the most suitable site is Dingkeng site as the optimal site.In the process of selecting and comparing the suitability degree of three landfill sites,Dingkeng site,Xijia site and Wuqi site,the evaluation model is easy to operate and normative.In order to standardize the construction and operation of the project more further,this paper also conducted a questionnaire survey based on public satisfaction,indicating that the Dingkeng site construction of landfill there are still some adverse factors affecting the surrounding environment and residents,to be further on the Xiajiang Landfill environmental impact of management and control.When assessing the impact of the project on the environmental impact of the project,it is necessary to give priority to some of the interference factors of the landfill site and put forward an effective prevention plan to reduce or avoid the possibility of environmental risks(probability).
