Oil and gas pipeline is one of the main ways of oil and gas transportation. With the promotion of oil and gas pipeline industry to China's economy,it has attracted much attention in pipeline transportation.External corrosion is the most common and the most influential corrosion hazard for oil and gas pipelines. As an important means of external corrosion protection for oil and gas pipelines, the evaluation index of effective operation of cathodic protection system is mainly based on the grading evaluation of soil corrosion. The diversity of soil composition medium and the complexity of soil structure often lead to the change of pipeline potential. This corrosion phenomenon is one of the most important factors causing the electrochemical corrosion of oil and gas pipelines. In this paper, the quantitative evaluation method of soil corrosion classification is introduced to provide an effective and reliable reference value for cathodic protection of oil and gas pipelines when the environment and conditions around the soil are changed,in which the determination of the weight of key indicators of soil corrosion is very important. In view of the determination and solution of the weight coefficient of the key factors of oil and gas pipeline soil corrosion, considering the factors such as the uncertainty of the single index factor in the soil under the influence of external conditions,it will lead to serious deviation in the weight result of the index factor, resulting in the inaccurate result of the comprehensive evaluation of the operation of the cathodic protection system Based on this model, the core influencing factors of soil corrosion are classified and quantified. In this model, rough set is used to reduce the lengthy and complex soil corrosion index factors, and the weight value of the reduced soil corrosion key index factors is calculated by entropy weight calculation method to get the weight ranking. Then, dimensionless peer transformation and APH method are used to adjust and modify the weight of fuzzy single index factors in conditional attribute set,and finally a reasonable soil corrosion index model is established The method of grading and quantifying evaluation. For the field investigation and data collection under the same regional environment and conditions, the actual data and the weight values of key index factors calculated by the modified entropy weight method model are analyzed and compared,At the same time, the model data is applied to the system equipment debugging in the cathodic protection station, and the long-term data tracking record is carried out.It is found that the determination and correction of the weight of unstable single index factors in a specific interval can be realized by the modified algorithm model designed in this paper. On the premise of ensuring the importance of the weight, the adjustment of the weight can be realized In order to improve the accuracy of the index factor weight value, the reliable comprehensive evaluation results of soil corrosion can be obtained, which can provide effective reference data for the study of key factors of cathodic protection effectiveness of oil and gas pipelines.
