The research of preparation and application of metal/graphene nanocomposite materials has become an important issue in the field of graphene research at present.Many excellent properties of metal nanometer materials and graphene materials have been perfect combined by metal/graphene nanocomposite materials,such as the high catalytic activity of metal nanometer materials,the high specific surface area and favourable electrical conductivity of graphene material,etc.The unique advantage of graphene will produce certain synergistic effect on the loading metal catalyst materials,thus significantly improve the overall performance of the composite materials.This makes the metal graphene nanocomposite materials have an excellent application prospect in fuel cells electrochemical catalyzed fields,such as oxygen reduction reaction,alcohol oxidation reaction,hydrogen evolution and oxygen evolution reaction.At present,the methods of preparation a metal/graphene nanocomposite materials are numerous,however,to use simple and effective method to preparation of the metal nanoparticles uniform loading on graphene nanocomposite materials still has great challenges.In this work,we prepared graphene and palladium/iron yttrium,graphene and metal chrome nanocomposite materials by a simple and efficient method,had mainly studied the catalytic performance of graphene with palladium/iron yttrium nanocomposite materials' electrolysis of water hydrogen evolution reaction and the catalytic performance of graphene with chrome metal nanocomposite materials'electrolysis of water oxygen evolution reaction.The main research contents and results are as follows:First of all,simple and efficiently prepared the,graphene graphene and palladium/iron yttrium and metal chrome nanocomposite materials using chemical deposition method.Then,XRD spectrum,XPS spectrum,Raman spectrum,BET,SEM,TEM etc characterization methods were used to analyze and research the crystal phase structure,chemical constitution,specific surface area and pore size distribution,morphology etc of nanocomposite materials.Using the rotating disk electrode test system tested oxygen and hydrogen evolution properties of the Two kinds metal/graphene nanocomposite materials,demonstrated that loading on graphene make the compounds system has better catalytic activity and stability.Also studied there is a great influence on catalytic performance that the metal capacity loading on graphene complex.The results show that in 10mA·cm-2 the hydrogen evolution reaction overpotential of graphene and palladium/iron yttrium nanocomposite materials only 15mV,has caught up with the performance of Pt/C;in 10mA cm 2 the oxygen evolution reaction overpotential of graphene and metal chrome nanocomposite materials only 320 mV,better than IrO2 as the best oxygen evolution performance at present.
