This thesis consists of two parts: the literature review and research work. The first part summarized the properties of nanomaterials and nanocomposite as well as the current research, synthesis methods and application status for carbon/silver nanocomposite. The second part was the research work, including the following two works:1.The carbon packaged silver nanocomposite(CPSN),with regulated property, was synthesized in this part. The CPSN have three switchable “modes”: “Packaged(low toxicity and long term stability)”,“On(high efficient and broad spectrum antibacterial activity)” and “Off(fast aggregation and easy separation)”,and the switch process could be directly observed by naked eyes.Additional, the visible bacterial contamination detection and accordingly antibacterial response were designed and implemented with the aid of 3D printing technology.2.With the aid of air flow, porous carbon(PC)incorporated with Ag/ZnO nanocomposites(PC-Ag/ZnO)with selective region elemental enrichment were synthesized, for the first time, through a facile one step strategy. The relative formational mechanism and potential capabilities of these gradient colour products, the inhibition of microorganism, the degradation of organic pollutants and the biological toxicity, were investigated systematically, which set the foundation for water treatment without UV light illumination.
