Since the reform and opening to the outside world, with the development of social economy, human activities have caused great pressure on the ecological system, making its function disorder, and all kinds of ecosystems on the earth have suffered serious damage. The ecological and environmental problems, such as global warming, soil erosion, land desertification and salinization, depletion of resources, are increasingly being discussed. These problems have seriously endangered the survival of mankind and the sustainable development of the earth. In recent years, with the promotion of the idea of sustainable development, the study of ecosystem health has become a hot topic in the field of International Ecology and environment.By evaluating regional ecosystem health,it can provide a scientific basis for the formulation of policies and measures of ecosystem protection, the coordination and sustainable development of ecosystem.Due to the difficulty of obtaining data sources and other factors, the research on the ecosystem health from the township(town, street)scale is still rare.In this paper, through the model of pressure state response, selected 15 indicators to build a suitable in the township(town, street)scale index system, and then taking Lanzhou city as a test area,Lanzhou City, the first national census geography results, statistical yearbook data and Landsat8,HJ-CCD,OMI remote sensing image as the main data source, and then to some indicators using the statistical basis for the reduced scale processing on the selected township(town, street)as the evaluation unit, using entropy method to evaluate 111 townships in Lanzhou city(town, street)the ecosystem health status, and the pressure-state-response coordination analysis. The results show that:1)The index system of township(town, street)constructed in this paper can evaluate the health status of each evaluation unit ecosystem in Lanzhou;2)111 Lanzhou City township(town, street)index standard layer spatial distribution have great differences, are showing a strong spatial autocorrelation, there are about 30% research units showed the relative concentration of the spatial distribution pattern;3)Ecosystem health overall performance by poor city center transition to outlying areas of the city better and replace the trend, belongs to the "health" and"health" and "health" and "health" were 13.5%,28.8%,51.3%,6.2%,Moran s I"ecosystem health index value 0.44,the comprehensive index of ecosystem health showed some characteristics of spatial autocorrelation;4)There are 33 research units in the state of aggregation,as co scheduling,59%township(town,street)for moderate coordination area, the main regional distribution in the outskirts of the city streets, the remaining distribution in the area of peace, the remaining 41% street high coordination area and low coordination area, accounting for 25% of the land area that is mainly distributed in the city streets, scattered in some villages and towns on the outskirts of the city.
