Evaluation Of Urban Ecosystem Health In The Pearl River Delta Region

In view of the urban ecological environment problem increasingly prominent,Domestic and foreign scholars to the attention of urban ecosystem health research is also rising,But the current study has not yet formed a unified technical method and the perfect theoretical system.This paper based on the Pearl River Delta(Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Foshan,Zhuhai,Zhongshan,Huizhou,Jiangmen,Dongguan,Zhaoqing)of Guangdong province as the research area,discuss the topic of “urban ecosystem health evaluation”.This paper summarizes the current status of urban ecosystem health research.Starting from the concept of urban ecosystem,construction of the index system of the Pearl River Delta urban ecosystem health evaluation contains natural ecosystem,economic ecosystem,social ecosystem three target layer and 20 specific indexes.Index data stem from remote sensing data and statistical yearbook.Using analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of index,using the fuzzy evaluation model to obtain the results of urban ecosystem health assessment in the Pearl River Delta Urban Agglomeration in 1996,2005 and 2013.By comparing and analyzing the health status of urban ecosystem in different cities and different years,We can get the following conclusions:(1)According to the membership degree of the evaluation results,the urban ecosystem health status of each city can be obtained.In 1996,urban ecosystem health level for sub-health including Guangzhou,Shenzhen and Zhuhai,level for diseases including Zhaoqing,Foshan,Jiangmen,Zhongshan,Huizhou and Dongguan.In 2005,urban ecosystem health level for healthier only Guangzhou,level for sub-health include Zhuhai,Shenzhen,Zhongshan,Dongguan,level for unhealthy only Foshan,level for diseases including Zhaoqing,Jiangmen and Huizhou.In 2013,urban ecosystem health level for healthier including Guangzhou,Zhuhai,Shenzhen,Zhaoqing,Zhongshan and Jiangmen,the level for sub healthy including Foshan,Huizhou and Dongguan.(2)According to the city's urban ecosystem health comprehensive score,get the final ranking of every year.In 1996 comprehensive score ranking,Shenzhen >Zhuhai> Guangzhou > Zhaoqing > Jiangmen > Huizhou > Dongguan > Zhongshan.In 2005 comprehensive score ranking,Guangzhou >Zhuhai> Shenzhen > Zhaoqing > Jiangmen > Zhongshan > Huizhou > Dongguan.In 2013 comprehensive score ranking,Guangzhou >Zhuhai> Shenzhen > Foshan > Huizhou > Jiangmen > Zhaoqing > Dongguan.(3)During 1996 ~2013,the Pearl River Delta urban ecosystem health present a growth trend.From the natural ecosystem,economic ecosystem,social ecosystem three levels,the natural ecosystem of the Pearl River Delta is relatively stable during the period of 1996~2013,and the variation range is smal.Economic ecosystem presents obvious rising trend.Social ecological system in Shenzhen,Dongguan has fal en dramatically,Zhaoqing improve obviously,and other cities are stable.Finally,through the analysis of the pearl river delta urban ecosystem health,found that the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding Suggestions and measures,in order to provide reference for the healthy development of the Pearl River Delta urban ecosystem.
