With the progress of polymer technology and the improvement of living standards,people engaged in various fields have higher requirements for fabric functionality,comfort and beauty.It is possible to meet these needs only if the research focuses on the manufacturing techniques of chemical fibers.A high precision component of chemical fiber spinning is spinneret.The processing quality,processing precision and basic structure of spinneret will affect the quality of spinning.In addition,the research of multi range to achieve the automatic processing of microporous,drilling tool,drilling tool technology,online observation device and field control,and design a set of tool wear compensation,online observation,automatic cleaning automatic processing device and automatic processing of micro chip technology.In this paper,through literature research at home and abroad for the micro hole machining spinneret research,and an analysis of the microporous processing technology at home and abroad existing problems and defects,as well as for micro hole machining spinneret size precision and manufacturing requirements etc..It is necessary to point out that foreign spinneret microhole processing to achieve a fully automated CNC machining,and domestic or in a relatively backward stage of traditional manual processing,often broken,tool compensation is not timely,keep the thickness is not uniform,the processing efficiency is low,urgently needs to solve.Secondly,in microporous fully automatic processing equipment and other aspects,in view of the small blind hole chip,tool wear compensation and micro drill is easy to break the problem,put forward the hollow spindle NC positioning chip,using the gas tool tool wear compensation and tool to achieve online detection break special function,increase the relevant auxiliary functions required for automatic processing based on the original processing center on.Because of the fact that the traditional manual cutting tools are not suitable for the automatic processing system,it is necessary to optimize the traditional manual cutting tools and processes.Through the combination of DEFORM-3D software simulation and orthogonal experiment,the axial force(FZ)and torque(M)and the number of drilling holes are used as evaluation indexes to optimize the parameters of micro flat drilling.On the basis of this,the design results are verified by drilling experiments,and the optimal processing parameters of micro drilling are obtained by comparing the actual processing results with the software simulation results.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the process of optimization,the spinneret microhole special CNC processing automatic configuration,explore processing microporous reasonably,improve the quality and efficiency of processing each tool number of holes and micro machining.
