| Large sewage treatment and other places mainly adopt the traditional kind of water treatment device and control system, the traditional equipments have many disadvantages such as narrow application and high cost. So clearly there is a need to improve the traditional system. This article about intelligent water treatment equipment design the embedded technology of strong specificity and high lean degree. In addition to the embedded technology,this smart water treatment technology use many kinds of sensor testing equipments to meet the system complexity.First, this paper describes the principle of the water control system. The design have many modules,such as the MCU minimal unit module, analog and digital signalp rocessing module, power module, JTAG download and debug circuit, RS-485 and Eth ernet communication circuit, copperion electrolysis circuit, LCD moduleand keyboard i nput circuit module, complete the processing of water quality in order to fulfill the re quirements of system. Sensor signal acquisition and processing, multi-task switching an d scheduling is based on the STM32F103ZET6 to complete.This system also designs the Ethernet communication, may realize the on-line debugging and long-distance mo nitoring.Then this article introduces the adaptive control method of the whole model with characteristic model, and involved in intelligent water treatment system. It also design anadaptive controller based on characteristic model.Finally, the system software program is based on the combination of μC/OS-Ⅱ a nd the hardware circuit of the system. A real-time embedded water treatment controller is designed on this basis.Experimental results reveal that this control system is characterized by multi-task switching accuracy. The system has a certain practical value. |
