With development of Internet of Things and the age of information technology,intelligence have become the mainstream trend of industrial revolution.The printing industry,as the mainstream of the manufacturing industry,is facing multiple pressures and challenges,and more and more printing enterprises gradually realize that informationization and intelligence can help enterprises reduce labor demand,reduce production costs and improve operational efficiency.The paper takes the intelligent renovation of printing companies as the research background,addresses the shortage of personnel,insufficient plant space and imperfect development of information technology faced by printing workshops,combines enterprise warehouse management with workshop production logistics,uses an integrated warehouse management system to assist management and improve efficiency,uses Automated Guided Vehicle(AGV)trolleys to solve the problem of material hauling,builds a set of AGV task and warehouse integrated management system applicable to printing workshops,and realizes the interconnection of ERP/MES system,AGV scheduling system and warehouse management information.The system design in this paper is based on the software life cycle process,using Java language development,using lightweight frameworks Spring Boot and Mybatis that are easy to develop and maintain,and choosing My SQL database and Intellij Idea platform for system development.First,analyze the production process and user roles in the printing workshop,and complete the system requirements description;then,the entire system design is planned,and the entire system is divided into four basic management modules,AGV management modules,warehouse management modules,and report management modules.Part;Next,in order to solve the practical problems faced by the warehouse in the printing workshop,a mathematical model for the optimization of location allocation and the problem of warehouse shift is established.Finally,according to the system function decomposition flowchart,the business coding and testing of each module of the system are realized to ensure the stable and normal operation of the system.In the end,the paper completes the design and development of a set of AGV task and warehouse integrated management system applicable to the printing workshop for the actual business needs of printing enterprises.Through AGV trolleys to complete the high repetitive and labor-intensive transportation tasks that used to be executed by manual,while improving the rational degree and efficiency of transportation tasks,and achieves passing the manufacturer's test.using the system to realize the interconnection between systems,genetic algorithm-based The use of the system to achieve interconnection between the systems,genetic algorithm-based warehouse space optimization to ensure the rationality of warehouse space allocation,to achieve the informationization,automation and intelligence of the printing workshop,to establish a warehouse-centered intelligent information system to improve the overall operational efficiency and reduce handling costs of the printing enterprise warehouse.
