With the rapid development of industry,the chemical industry as an important area has also been rapid development.Among them,the distillation column as the chemical industry in an important production equipment,the system becomes more complex,performance is becoming more and more powerful.Therefore,during the operation of the distillation tower,prone to a variety of failures,the causes of these failures are more complex.The development of industry 4.0 to promote the development of intelligent,in recent years,intelligent has gradually become a research focus.In this paper,based on the summarization and analysis of the fault types of the distillation tower,the fault diagnosis of the distillation tower is carried out by using the fuzzy Petri nets fault diagnosis method.Moreover,this paper presents a new parameter optimization algorithm-CDEDPSO hybrid optimization algorithm.It optimizes the parameters in fuzzy Petri net and improves the efficiency of fault diagnosis.Compared with the traditional optimization algorithm,the new CDEDPSO hybrid optimization algorithm has obvious advantages in convergence speed,global search ability and accuracy.This paper first introduces the concept of fault diagnosis and its development at home and abroad,and then the working principle and working process of the distillation column are explained in depth.Then,the Petri net is discussed,including the basic concepts of Petri nets,principles,fuzzy Petri nets of several parts.The emphasis of this paper is to introduce the CDEDPSO hybrid optimization algorithm and compare it with the traditional optimization algorithms by simulation,and verify the advantages of CDEDPSO hybrid optimization algorithm and apply it to the optimization of fuzzy Petri net.Finally,a fuzzy Petri net fault diagnosis method based on CDEDPSO hybrid optimization algorithm is applied to the distillation column,through MATLAB simulation,the simulation results show that the method is applicable to the distillation column.Distillation tower is an important large-scale equipment in the chemical industry,its system is complex,prone to failure,affecting the chemical production process.Therefore,the distillation tower for fault diagnosis will reduce the economic losses of enterprises,bringing economic benefits for the enterprise.
