In recent years,fluorescent molecular probes have been widely used in environmental protection,chemistry,biology,medicine,materials and other fields,due to their favorable characteristics such as high sensitivity,high selectivity,excellent signal transmission.The method is displays simple,quick and convenient feature.It can achieve in-situ and real-time monitoring,and other advantages.Porphyrins is a very fascinating fluorescent groups owing to their good characteristics,such as excellent photostability.large Stokes shifts,long excitation(>400 nm)and emission(>600 nm)wavelengths and so on,which showing a good application prospect.Based on research status both at home and abroad,in this dissertation,we designed and synthesized two types "ON-OFF" fluorescent probe with porphyrin fluorescent groups,through"Click Chemistry" and their fluorescent properties were investigated.The mian contents of this dissertation include the following points:1.The development of fluorescent probes synthesis method and application of the porphyrins fluorescent probes were reviewed in detail.2.On the basis of Adler on the method synthesis of porphyrin synthetic conditiond of MHTPP were optimized and the impact of various factors on the synthesis were discussed and the optimal synthesis conditions were obtained.Simutaneously,the structure of MHTPP compound was characterized by elemental analysis,UV-Vis,FT-IR,1H NMR.3.Two types of fluorescent probes PN1-Zn and PN2-Zn with porphyrin fluorescent groups were synthesized by the "click chemistry" reaction and their structures were chracterized by elemental analysis,UV-Vis,FT-IR,1H NMR.4.Two types of fluorescent probes possess slective turn-off fluorescent sensing properties for Cu2+,but PNl-Zn and PN2-Zn have different amount of recognition groups.The UV-visible absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy of two types of fluorescent probes were investigated in detail.The results showed that sensors PN1-Zn and PN2-Zn can recongnize Cu2+ with high sensitivity,and high selectivity with the unique "ON-OFF" pattern.Therefore,they can be used as a quick detection method for Cu2+ detection of soil,water and other wild samples,exhibits a good application prospect.
