Since the reform and opening up, China has realized the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, but it also brought the waste, waste water, solid waste and other waste waste emissions, to bring greater environmental pollution, hinder the resources and environment Social and economic development, and the Jing-jin-ji region is a prominent area of China's environmental problems, coupled with the integration of Jing-jin-ji integration and the establishment of the implementation of the two national strategy, for the Jing-jin-ji region development zone To a good opportunity. However, the Jing-jin-ji region is also facing environmental pollution and industrial development in urgent need of transformation and other issues, therefore, it is necessary to study the efficiency of industrial land in Jing-jin-ji region, with a view to solve practical problems to provide a theoretical basis.In this paper, the environmental efficiency of industrial land in Jing-jin-ji region from 2004 to 2013 is measured by using the directional environmental distance function.The efficiency of industrial land in 13 cities of Jing-jin-ji region is determined by ArcGIS drawing software. Time and space were analyzed. Finally, using Tobit econometric model, the influencing factors of industrial land use efficiency in Jing-jin-ji region were measured and analyzed.Following conclusions by studying the analysis: (1) overall efficiency of industrial land in Beijing, Tianjin and the mean of view, Beijing, Tianjin and efficiency of industrial land appear "up - down - up" trend; (2) from Beijing, Tianjin and the efficiency of industrial land on time differences of view,2004--2013 in Beijing in Tianjin industrial efficiency and land values are 1, the calendar year are at the forefront of environmental outcomes, while 11 cities in Hebei Province in only a few cities in a few years is at the forefront of environmental outcomes; (3) from the differences in Beijing, Tianjin and industrial land space efficiency point of view, 2004--2013 in Beijing in Tianjin and efficiency of industrial land are in the high zone,while Hebei Province,only a few cities in different years in the industry (4) The main driving force for the growth of industrial land productivity in Jing-jin-ji region is technological progress, and the effect of technological efficiency on productivity growth is minimal and even restricts productivity. (5) Through the use of Tobit model, factors affecting the efficiency of industrial land in Tianjin and after analysis found that industrial land use intensity, firm size, industry Trade openness and the level of the land market has a significant influence on changes in efficiency of industrial land.
